This was perfectly located and in a quiet neighborhood. The home was awesome and was clean and neat. This experience was all we hoped of and more. If we ever come back to visit New Bern this is where we would stay! 5 star hands down!!

The property had plenty of room for everyone and was close to town. We enjoyed a few relaxing days just hanging out.

We could not have been happier with the house. Spotless and homey. The bedrooms plus a bunk bed were perfect for our multigenerational family gathering. Stephanie was great!! Responded immediately w any concerns. We will be back !

Beautiful clean house..

Love the coffee bar, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and extra sheets if needed. I stayed with family we enjoyed the private property. Spacious updated home close to many stores, take out foods, restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful house that served our family of 11. The house is very clean, well furnished, and very comfortable. The location is convenient to shopping and very quiet. I highly recommend this home!

Very well maintained and maximized sleepy areas

We have no complaints about our stay at this charming house. There were plenty of places to sleep and everything was well kept. I would stay here again. The host was super friendly on communication and responded quickly to any questions. Thank you!

Just book it.

We were in New Bern for a friend’s birthday party. This house was more than we expected. Extremely clean and roomy. The back yard fire pit area was private and relaxing. The host Stephanie was extremely helpful and made the check in and out process super easy. We will definitely stay here again.

90th birthday party

very comfortable space. clean, perfect accommodations for 2 kids and 4 adults. beds were very comfortable and having the 2 bathrooms was perfect. house was in close proximity to downtown new bern where family was gathering. we didnt get the chance to use the firepit but wood was available which was nice. we would definitely stay here again!

Host was very easy to communicate with before and after our stay. House is more conducive to families with young children rather than adult children regarding the beds and sleeping space. House is conveniently located near downtown and other points of interest however very near to the hospital so you hear a lot of sirens. Wishing you the best with your VRBO home just not for us and our family dynamics.

MacAuthur Retreat

We had a wonderful time at this house. It was not to far from everything we wanted to do. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The host was very responsive to us during our stay. We did not have any problems. We walk a lot so we met several people in the neighborhood who were very friendly. We would stay there again!
