Beautiful three bedroom two bathroom home in Fairfield Harbour! Right on the golf course. Recently remodeled with all the comforts of home! Wifi, cable, jetted tub, washer/dryer and so much more! This location is pet friendly with a fee of $200.00. Please note on your reservation whether you are bringing a pet.

There is a marina with kayak rentals at this location. Check with the property manager for special golf rates when booking this house. There is an outdoor pool and fitness center available for use at the community recreation center. Check with the front desk about daily activities at the resort.

Your rental includes the ability to use the recreation center onsite with an indoor and outdoor pool, yoga, stretch and exercise classes, an onsite gym, basketball court, tennis courts, miniature golf and bike rentals.

Check with the property manager about discounts for weekly and monthly rentals.

Checked in after hours and finding rental was difficult no address on unit. This unit was not as clean as other places we have stayed at. Had what we needed to cook in the kitchen enough utensils and glasses.

Great place to stay!

The house was exactly as pictured and was awesome! The beds were super comfy and the house had everything we needed. It was a short drive to downtown New Bern, where the event was that we were attending. We aren't golfers but if you are, the course looked great too! Just be careful if you use Waze because even though I entered "Broad Creek Road," it brought us to Beard's Creek Road, which is a half hour away. Google Maps got it right!

Close to New Bern

Nice large rooms. Comfortable beds. Washer dryer nice, had to wedge dryer door to keep it shut. Very echoy and hard to hear tv and eachother, maybe something on walls for sound .Nice patio facing pond, more furniture to use out there and or lawn furniture to use for family. Wouldbe nice. Very friendly people managing this rental and community.

Great location and layout - poor cleaning

Great location and layout - we all really liked the house - but our experience was soured by really poor cleaning - tons of dead flies in the corners, hair in the bathrooms, a used bar of soap UNDER the new bar of soap housekeeping had left. Overall a poor job on cleaning a really nice property

Get together

Our stay was very pleasant and peaceful. We liked the convenience and privacy, and the office was very helpful. We also enjoyed the pool and other amenities, and really enjoyed the city of New Bern. Great shopping and coffee shops. My sisters are already talking about coming back next year, you are at the top of the list.

Well laid out house

We rented for our son & family. They spent mist days with us but this was a nice place to go back to each evening. The only negative is the stove had one bad burner and oven didn't work well. Fortunately not much cooking was done. The best part was each person had their own bed a d having 2 bathrooms.

Perfect for my family

The “sandtrap” house was absolutely perfect for our stay to visit family in New Bern. The house was clean and provided everything we could possibly need. I’ve already recommended this property to several others.

We are golfers, played at Harbour Pointe and the property was easy accessible.

The facility was clean, and was right size to handle four people. Loved the front porch. Get up in the morning have a cup of coffee, and look across at golf course. Same as evening, go out and have a glass of wine and enjoy the serenity of the night.

Yellow House

We stayed for 64 days while we were having our house built. Location is basically in a parking lot, no driveway and right off main road. If you look up the neighborhood, it is a gated one, BUT this house is NOT in the gated area. It is in a location that is further away from most local attractions/stores than we thought. Other than that, we found it to be comfortable for a family of 6 with small kids. We also love that it was dog friendly and it’s a nice neighborhood to take walks. We were allowed access to the community pool which was great. There is an ant issue in the kitchen. We found ourselves fighting to get rid of them constantly. Overall, decent place to stay. The property manager and front desk staff were responsive and helpful. Overall, we had a good stay.

Outstanding Customer Service

During this viral outbreak of COVID-19 I have read many stories of families that are forced to cancel reservations and owners that aren’t willing to work with them on a credit or refund.
