A modern kitchen with an inviting dining area, the library table from the hands of Toni Menacher, and the panoramic view of the entire gallery welcome the guest.
The ensemble of hanging showcase with old crockery, classic kitchen painting with original still life by an artist and the cupboard from the 1920s fits wonderfully into the large room.
In the living area of the Classic Gallery, a fully preserved seating set with matching table from the Viennese Baroque from the 1860s to 1870s awaits. The small hanging lamp above the table from the 1950s provides the right mood lighting, especially in the evening. The excellent beds in the niche and up in the gallery were again made by Toni Menacher.
A small cupboard awaits you in the bathroom. The old wooden safe for valuables was previously sold to people who could not afford iron safes.
On the balcony with a view of the donkey and yak enclosure and over the wide meadows and fields, you can relax with a good glass of wine from the host's cellar, for example, and leave the fast world beyond this farm just as quickly.
With 1 double bed and 2 single beds and integrated kitchen, with fireplace and central heating in the bathroom, approx. 63 m², for 4 people.

Relax and enjoy the comfort of the newly renovated apartments and bathrooms, but at the same time immerse yourself in the atmosphere of an extraordinary house designed with museum objects and modern art exhibits.
The farm, which is furnished with great dedication and care, is embedded in untouched nature and surrounded by hilly meadows and dense forests, just a few kilometers from the impressive three-seater chair with its characteristic rock formations, in a direct location to beautiful hiking and biking trails and very close by offering special trips to the Czech Republic and Austria.
Each apartment has the terrace in the beautifully landscaped natural garden, and from there, or a balcony, the view sweeps over the extensive area and is sure to fall on the three lovely donkey ladies and the two yaks from Tibet, all of whom are always happy to visit looking forward.
It is wonderful to relax.
The lovingly restored and designed apartments, furnished with lots of antique furniture and modern elements, breathe their very own style and are equipped with all the amenities for an unforgettable vacation. In addition, free WiFi is available in the house, all apartments are equipped with satellite flat-screen TVs, stereo, new kitchen with interior, as well as enough bed linen and towels. In addition, the extensive in-house library with partly antiquarian books, the farmhouse parlor on the ground floor and, on request, the small wine cellar are accessible to all guests.
