Welcome to our small attic studio, located on the first floor of our property, on the banks of the Eure, in a quiet and green environment.

⚠️ Know before you book: the studio is really small.

It is a small attic area, functional and designed for short stays. It is ideal for sleeping, eating and resting after a day of work or exploring, but not suitable for those looking for a large indoor space.

🌊 A small interior, but large outdoor spaces!
This is one of the great assets of the accommodation: all the exteriors of the property are available to our guests.

You can enjoy:
🪑 tables and chairs;
🛋️ garden furniture;
🌊 relaxation areas on the banks of the Eure;
🔥 barbecue;

🌳 spaces for outdoor dining and relaxation.
On sunny days, you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner outside, by the water, and take full advantage of the setting.

🏡 A compact and functional studio
The studio includes:
2 single beds, with bed linen provided and installed on arrival;
towels provided;
a kitchenette with 2 electric hobs, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle;
a small bathroom with a 90 × 90 cm shower and a washbasin;
separate toilet, located under the attic.
⚠️ Due to the high ceiling, the toilet must be used seated.

The studio also has 2 Velux windows, one overlooking the river and the other the forest, with electric shutters, as well as electric heating.

💼 Ideal for 2 colleagues on the go
With its two separate beds, the studio is particularly suitable for two colleagues or two friends wishing to share accommodation costs.
After a day's work, you can prepare a meal, take a shower, and then enjoy the outdoor spaces and the peace and quiet on the banks of the Eure.

The studio has independent outdoor access while allowing you to enjoy all the exteriors of the property.
Rental by the night or by the week.
