    Kaybays se encuentra en una residencia privada y segura, con piscina solo para residentes.

    Kaybays es una casa de playa exclusiva, bellamente decorada, con una terraza con vista a la bahía. Es una verdadera casa de ensueño, en la ubicación más tranquila de la playa de Nettle Bay, el lugar perfecto para alojarse en St. Martín.

    Piense en términos simples, atmósfera para redescubrir esos días y noches tan olvidados, The Ultimate Escape. También es perfecto para recién casados,

    Kaybays es propiedad de un diseñador francés, que decoró este portal privado. Es una de las mejores casas de playa de lujo en toda la residencia, lejos de la carretera, con estacionamiento. Es un área muy segura y bien protegida del viento. Está bien mantenido y completamente amueblado.

    La ubicación es ideal, cerca de tiendas y restaurantes, a solo cinco minutos de Marigot y cerca del ferry a Anguila.

    St Martin es una isla libre de impuestos, con los mejores restaurantes (franceses) del Caribe y una increíble vida nocturna, con casinos y clubes nocturnos.

La maison est parfaitement située à Saint-Martin, en bord de mer et à quelques pas seulement de la mer, les pieds dans le sable. Endroit paisible et très ressourçant. La maison est chaleureuse, très bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. Yves et Marie-Laure ont été des hôtes disponibles et attentionnés.

Check in and out was not that easy because of gated security. But an excellent vacation regardless.

Property was very nice, secured and still gave a privacy feeling. We enjoyed the overall location on the island, as it gave us an equal proximity to other attractions. We enjoyed this location over the more crowded touristy areas.

Excellent Home and Location

My wife and i celebrated our 1st anniversary here. The home is very well maintained and the perfect location to all of the island in either direction. Very private and beautiful. My wife and i highly recommend this beachfront cottage.

Emplacement exceptionnel

Ce logement est parfaitement situé! Plusieurs piscines accessibles sur le resort, la plus belle plage du resorts est tout près. De plus, nos plages préférées de l’île étaient à quelques minutes en voiture. Aussi, on peut facilement se rendre en voitures dans quelques épiceries grandes surfaces. Une petite épicerie, la boulangerie et un restaurant accessible à pied.

Beach getaway

The property is inside a gated community and feels very safe. It is clean and well maintained. The one bedroom unit has a beautiful few of the beach and is also close to the swimming pool. It is close to the stores and restaurants in Marigot and a great base to access the island.

Discovering St Martin,in this conditions was super,the nettlé bay beach is not far from the airport,and really directely on the beach. Great Stay!

Communication between the manager of the property was great she always responded. Property was clean. Convenient location to restaurants and grocery stores. Spent most of out time on the back deck over looking the water. Beautiful spot! I would definitely return.

Gorgeous place

This was gorgeous! The apartment was just as described..however I gave a lower score for check in as our apt wasn’t ready and we had to go somewhere else for three hours which after a long day of traveling you don’t want. The bed was very uncomfortable….if this was improved upon I’d give an across the board excellent rating plus bedding was minimal and could use a few extra pillows and a blanket. But the location is wonderful..the views fantastic and the peace and quiet was just as we hoped.

Beautiful views but no water

The place had beautiful views and looked like it’s pictures. The property manager was very responsive. However, we did have water multiple times (5 in 11 days) for extended periods (4-8 hours. Also lost electricity once for half a day. Couldn’t flush toilets, shower or brush teeth. The pull out sofa would be ok for kids but the 4 inch mattress made the bed very uncomfortable for adults. Outside shower was a hose. Pools were great and location good. Wondered if Dutch side of the island experienced the outages like this area.

What a great stay!

Our trip was absolutely fantastic from the time we arrived to the time we left. You could not find better hospitality anywhere on the island. The house was clean and tastefully decorated with the most breathe taking views you could ever imagine. Luc was very kind and helped us get acclimated quickly. The dials on the stove are in French but nothing we couldn't resolve with a quick internet search. It was easy to access and speedy enough to find the best restaurants around including the pizza place across the street. The pool was not heated so unfortunately, we did not swim much. This was our only negative. We plan to return to St. Martin as it is one of our favorite places to visit and will definitely book with Yves again. Thanks for contributing to a great vacation.

Nettle Bay Beach

We absolutely loved the property and the area. Clean, with stunning views, located directly on the beach, with a pastry shop and a couple of restaurants within walking distance, and Marigot a short drive away. The covered patio area was especially nice and a great place to sit and relax over a morning coffee or evening drink...listening to the waves. We enjoyed almost 2 full weeks and wish we could have stayed longer!

Paradise

This was our first time to st Martin and first time using VRBO, we were a bit nervous but our hosts met us promptly at the property. Jean Yves and Mari Laure were amazing hosts! We arrived on Christmas Day after all the stores closed and Jean even gave us a few beers since it we couldn’t buy any, The apartment is exactly as pictured, super idealic! The pool was great although we didn’t use it as much as we though as we were too busy visiting all the nearby beaches. Although a store and a few great restaurants are within walking distance, a rental car is a must, we visited a different beach every day. The apartment has everything you could need to cook, the only thing missing was a measuring cup and spatula. As others have said, the beach isn’t super swimmable but we did swim a few times. Also as others have said, there is quite a bit of glass and broken dish-ware in the sand, but it’s all old and worn down, not sharp, and we had no concerns walking barefoot. we just loved hanging out on the patio listening and watching the ocean, it was so relaxing and you just can’t beat the view and proximity to the water! we can’t wait to come back!

A lovely lower end unit of a five unit condo property. Well appointed. Daily construction nearby (not the property owner's fault) made the stay very difficult but that will be over in a few months.

Comfortable beach house, excellent location

Thank you Yves for renting out this lovely beach house. We enjoyed our week exploring St. Martin and Anguilla and always felt glad to return to our home base at Nettle Bay. The restaurants in this area were very good, but we especially loved Ma-Ti right next door which served delicious French cuisine at very reasonable.prices. The bakery across the street served the most luscious croissants and we would enjoy them with our eggs and bacon cooked right here in your well-stocked kitchen. Louise, the property manager, was so wonderful and answered many questions and was extremely helpful to us. One highlight of our trip was to visit Parotte Ville in Belvedere (near Philipsburg) to see all the exotic birds and hand feed them. A must see! The deck with comfortable chaise lounges was a favorite spot to relax each afternoon with a cocktail. The sound of the ocean lapping the shore was so wonderful. The pool only steps away. We had an amazing vacation here!!
