"Fabulous place, very central
Chose to pay at property. Called and emailed property on multiple occasions to confirm 'pay at property' because we were arriving at 8pm
Each time confimed yes pay at property, someone will be on reception
Took money off credit card before we arrived at 10am on check in day
Company said it was because a card was on hotels.com account but you cant book without a card being stored
Lots of faffing for my friends and me sorting payment out after repeatedly asking...

"We had a wonderful stay at the shepards hut. The heating and lights had been put on reasy for our arrival as we were later than the check in time . Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"Great staff in check in, lovely studio, everything you could need, walkable to Liverpool one, stayed one for a concert at philamonic hall, only issue was the bed was very creaky, it was a metal frame and everytime you turned over it creaked, we were shattered after walking all day so I was out like a light anyway, would happily stay here again"
