  • FULLY air-conditioned luxurious villa. It provides total privacy, superb views, a private swimming pool (5mX8m; depth up to 2,00m), Flat screen TV, DVD player, FREE WiFi, very spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living room, three spacious bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities, (the other two sharing bathroom facilities), a "fourth bedroom" in the form of a loft/ "children's" bedroom, outside barbeque, fully matured garden…and much much more!

    Air conditioning is provided for the WHOLE villa, at NO extra cost!

    Is a designer luxury villa, set on its own completely private fenced grounds (2700 sq.m. plot - appr. ½ an acre), providing total privacy and outstanding views. You can observe the sun (or the moon!) rising over the Troodos mountains and setting over the Akamas peninsula hills. In front of you lies the sea (Bay of Chrysochou), two minutes drive by car, 20 minutes on foot.

    Bedrooms

    Is a single-floor (plus a loft!!!) holiday home that can accommodate 6 to 8 adults. It has three very comfortable bedrooms and a "loft" bedroom:
    - a master bedroom with a double bed (king size) with en suite facilities,
    - another bedroom with a double bed (king size),
    - a third bedroom with two single beds and
    - a loft bedroom, also with two single beds.
    The master bedroom has en suite facilities (toilet, shower, wash basin) and the other bedrooms share a bathroom (Bath with shower, wash basin, toilet).

    The very spacious, very high ceiling (5 meters) lounge/dining room is fully furnished and equipped with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player.
    Patio doors open to the outdoor terrace/poolside dining area, private pool, and barbeque area.

Great hosts. The property is close to Latchi (a few minutes in the car) in open countryside, just what we wanted and perfect for re-charging our batteries.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Eleni und Kyriacos. Waren 10 Tage in dem schönen Häuschen in dem es an nichts gefehlt hat. Pool und Haus wurden regelmäßig gesäubert. Die Aussicht aufs Meer und die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge sind unbeschreiblich. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und mit dem Auto ist man in 3 Minuten am Strand. Wir haben es sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder Urlaub bei Eleni und Kyriacos machen. Vielen Dank

Wonderful family villa

Beautifully situated villa with views east to the Troodos mountains, the sea, and west to the Akamas hills. Well designed with large living area opening onto terrace with swimming pool and bedrooms either end giving privacy for each. Kyriacos and Lenia charming and kind owners. We have booked for our sIxth year in 2020.

Simply divine

The villa is beautiful and has everything you could wish for. The views are beautiful, the location superb for a quiet relaxing break, with lots of amenities a short car ride away(or walk if you are fitter than me!). The photographs don't do it justice. The hosts Eleni and Kyriacos are truly lovely people, nothing is too much trouble. We only needed to contact them once and they responded straight away. I can't recommend this property and the hosts highly enough.

Relaxing holiday

We really enjoyed about stay at villa king ANAX. A peaceful countryside location, a short drive from Latchi. This traditional villa with private pool was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the owners was excellent, many thanks to Eleni and Kyriacos for helping to make our stay so special. Alison & Keith, Lichfield England.

Lovely peaceful and comfortable villa

We had a lovely week here, villa was better than I expected. Check in and communication were easy, welcome items provided on arrival. Villa is large, clean comfortable and bright with everything you might need. Beds are comfy. The pool area is fab, very private and not overlooked with views of the sea and mountains. 5 minute drive to Latchi, ten to Polis and 50 mins to paphos and the airport. Would recommend.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, gemütlich eingerichtet und äußerst gepflegt und liegt absolut ruhig, trotzdem nur 5 Autominuten vom Hafen Latchi und 10 Minuten von Polis entfernt. Sehr nette Vermieter, die sich um persönlichen Kontakt mit den Gästen bemühen!

Wonderful

The villa was clean and more spacious than I expected. The outside space was great. My only (slight) criticism is that a heated pool would improve things when staying out of season, as would some kind of patio heater. I appreciate that this may not be practicle and we had a wonderful holiday in beautiful scenery. We would definitely visit again. Maybe in the warmer months.

Ein perfekter Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus in Zypern !

Wir verbrachten als Paar 17 Nächte in der Villa Anax im September/Oktober 2018. Das Haus bietet einen sehr großen und schön eingerichteten Wohn-/Ess-/Küchenraum, drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Das Haus ist sicherlich für 4 (eventuell 6) Personen geeignet. Die Villa Anax hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt, wenn nicht gar übertroffen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses war sehr ansprechend und es fehlt an keinem Komfort (o.k. es gab leider keine Spülmaschine) Das Haus war sehr sauber u. gepflegt. Das Beste war jedoch die sensationelle Aussicht von der Poolterrasse. Links das Akamasgebirge, rechts das Trodos-Gebirge und dazwischen ein herrlicher Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Es war wunderbar und sehr privat. Sehr schön und überraschend war, dass wir bei unserer Ankunft einen gut gefüllten Kühlschrank vorfanden, der alles enthielt, was für ein erstes Frühstück nötig war (Brot, Butter, Marmelade, Saft, Eier u.s.w.). Das war wirklich toll. Außerdem erwartete uns eine gute Flasche Rotwein aus Zypern. Sehr nett fanden wir auch , dass uns die Eigner später mit einem selbstgemacheten zypriotischen Pudding überraschten, der sehr gut schmeckte. Herzlichen Dank auch dafür. Wir können die Villa Anax guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen und werden diese bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt im wunderschönen Zypernl garantiert wieder wählen. Nochmals vielen Dank an die Familie Zingas

Villa Anax had been refurbished and redecorated.

This is our fifth year of staying at Villa Anax. Kyriacos and Lenia are the kindest of hosts, the house is airy, comfortable and works extremely well, with little ones the pool is always in sight so very reassuring. Quiet, relaxing, sitting on the terrace looking down across the valley to the sea is bliss, so much so we have booked for next year.

nice place for a relaxed and quiet stay in nice and warm environment!

We loved our stay at the Zingas Villa - ANAX...a lot of space, as well outside as inside. Feeling at home. Nice swimming pool and garden, and a view on the sea. Friendly owners. Place is quiet, though close to some nice small villages and Akamas (nature), beach and restaurants. Temperature in October is great. A place to be recommended!!

enjoyable time

We had a relaxing holiday at Villa Anax. We think Villa Anax is a charming place set in a large and tranquil garden with a good size pool, which the children enjoyed. Kyriacos and Eleni are very lovely people who gave us a warm welcome and were caring landlords. They invited us all to a delicious home cooked dinner at there beautiful home. Eleni is a fantastic cook and Kyriacos the perfect host- thank you both for a very enjoyable evening and a lovely holiday. We hope to come back soon.

A good place to be on Cyprus

We stayed for 2 weeks at Villa Anax and had a very good time! The temperatures outside were very high (35 Celcius on avarage) but the house was nice and cool. The swimming pool was excellent and we liked the views over the valley and the sea. The villa is on a very calm location, but within easy reach of the coast and beaches and Polis. The owners were very friendly and the service was excellent! We can highly recommend this villa!!

"Perfect for a family holiday"

Our family has stayed at the architect designed villa Anax for several years. It is clean, air conditioned, quiet, light and airy. The facilities are excellent, (everything works) . The owners Lenia and Kyriacos Zingas are most hospitable, attentive, and very kind. We would recommend to all our friends, and hope to return next year.

Lovely villa within a peaceful location

We have had our summer holiday at Villa Anax for the past 4 years. It is an architect designed villa built as a holiday home for the owners with high ceilings and spacious interior, a child friendly pool with lovely views across orchards and fields to the sea. It is very quiet. The owners could not be more helpful, very kind and hospitable. Would recommend to friends and family. We hope to return in 2017.
