From this floor, you have direct access to both a balcony with a north-facing position and a terrace of 27 m2 with a west-facing position, as well as a garden with a south-facing position, all offering very beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The main level also features an open kitchen fully equipped for all culinary needs, including an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set available in both chinoise and cheese varieties. A separate WC completes this floor.

    On the lower ground floor, a second entrance hall provides access to 2 bedrooms: the first is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
