    Cliffview Cabin is a dream come true for the avid ATV rider. It's located only five miles from Nemo with access to some of the best trails in the Hills. Enjoy the expansive deck with picturesque views of the Black Hills or take a short hike down to the community pond with a picnic area. Cliffview boasts three bedrooms with a den for additional sleeping, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a large family room with a foosball table and access to the outdoor hot tub.

    THINGS TO KNOW
    This home does not have central air-conditioning, but lots of windows to let in the cool evening air.

    Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

    Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

    Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Place

The place was great. Spacious living area, comfortable beds, and very clean. It would have been nice to get the location address a little earlier to help with planning a we had several people coming from different locations.

Beautiful Views

We enjoyed our stay and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the home. It was fully stocked and even provided travel size soaps and shampoos for our use. The deck view is amazing and we could hear the creek down below in the mornings as we sat and enjoyed our coffee. We will be sure to stay here again. Thank you

Fall ATV Trip

We stayed here for our annual fall atv trip with family. The house was a great location for trails. Only drawback was the location is 30 minutes plus to Deadwood or Hill City to restaurants. There is a couple great restaurants in Nemo though, check them out. You will not be disappointed. 😊 The neighbor was gracious enough to let us use his driveway to turn our trailer around. We pulled a 35’ trailer with machines.

Family Friendly Cabin

We could spend many hours in the deck overlooking the beautiful pines. The hot tub at night was relaxing while we star gazed. This cabin is fully stocked with everything you need! We had our 4 young adult children and the foosball and air hockey table were quite entertaining! Loved having 2 comfortable living rooms to hang out in. Beds were comfy! The campfire setting was so peaceful and private. We’ll be coming back!

This was a beautiful cabin, with welcoming hosts and very family friendly. Plenty of privacy and very peaceful! They had a wide variety of games, which kept the kids entertained while it was raining outside. The deck was amazing with plenty of seating so all guests could eat outside together. I would highly recommend!

June 2022 getaway

Cliffview worked great for 3 couples. We came out with UTVs. Great location with many trails nearby. Nice covered rear patio with awesome views and a place to grill and relax at night after a day of riding.
