The Space:

Guests will have full private access to our inviting mountain retreat 'Almost Heaven' at Wintergreen Resort. This spacious home offers three comfortable bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and two family rooms on separate levels, giving your group plenty of space to relax or gather together. The main living area features a warm gas fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings after a day of adventure.



Step outside to a large deck with dining space, a crackling fire for stargazing nights, and a private hot tub where you can soak your cares away. Inside, unwind in the private sauna or challenge friends to a little friendly competition on the two arcade games. Fun for both kids and adults alike!



Located within the beautiful four‑season Wintergreen Resort, you’re just a five‑minute drive to skiing and snowboarding in winter, and close to hiking trails, scenic overlooks, and mountain biking in warmer months. Lake Monocan (20-acre resort lake at 239 Camping Ridge Lane, Stoney Creek) offers swimming, aqua cycles, paddleboards, kayaks, snack bar, and grills; day-use fees please check on Wintergreen Resort Website.



Sherando Lake Recreation Area features a scenic 25-acre spring-fed lake with sandy beaches, shaded picnic areas, rustic architecture, and adjacent trailheads. Day-use is $8 per vehicle (up to eight passengers).



Important Resort Policy Update

As of newly enacted Wintergreen Resort policy: unaccompanied guests (renters) cannot access the gym, indoor pools, or Devils Knob golf course.



Damage & Rule Violation Policy

Guests are responsible for any damages or parties that occur inside or outside the property during their stay. If damages are found or if house rules are violated, you will be charged accordingly.
