Tucked away on the ninth hole of the Pines Golf Course at Lake Arrowhead, this home is a peaceful haven where relaxation is guaranteed.

This home is walking distance to Lake Arrowhead Clubhouse. Be sure to stop in there for a great bite to eat outside on the patio or inside the brand new clubhouse. Don't forget to bring your suit to take a refreshing dip in the pool on those hot summer days! In the winter time, access the same trail which gets groomed for cross country skiing. All toys invited! ATV's , snowmobiles and bicycles will account for adventure.

Step inside and be greeted by double sliding glass doors that frame stunning views of the golf course, allowing you to take in the beauty of your surroundings from the comfort of the indoors. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening, the picturesque scenery will captivate you. Fantastic place to get together

When we arrived we found the property just as expected. The rooms/beds were quite comfortable and everything worked without any issues. The buffer between the yard and golf course was filled with deer which were fun to watch. The spaces were functional and there was a place for the teens to play games without disturbing the napping baby. The convenience store and gas station are only about five minutes away and groceries and fast food about 15 minutes. The parking is easy but more than three cars requires organizing.

Property was clean and well stocked. It is a beautiful location and the golf course if great. We did question it being advertised as a 4 bedroom. The 4th bedroom is actually a very small loft/landing opened to down stairs living area, with a twin daybed only. Still we very happy with the accommodations.
