Kevin was an awesome host. He replies were quick and always willing to help. Outside of that, the place was clean and had a very warm feeling. The place was very clean and well stock.

Nick did not disappoint! His place was perfect. We were there for our grandsons Youth State Trap Tournament. He did very well! If we had any questions he answered them right away. The cottage is was perfect for our group. Also very well kept up. We will definitely rent there again next year. Marilyn

Can't go wrong with this spectacular place & host Kevin!!

We brought extra TP paper towels etc...Kevin had a whole pantry full. Now that's a first in my experience with a vacation property!! He was so accomodating! Property is BEAUTIFUL

Mini getaway.

Kevin your home was perfect for us. We stayed there for the youth state trap shoot. Our grandson shot in it. The shooting range was right down the road from us off hwy 13. Nice and close! We would stay here again! Your home was everything we needed. Thanks for the passes to the pool etc. The kids really enjoyed it. We enjoyed watching the 3rd hole from our porch.it was entertaining and relaxing. Marilyn k

We had a wonderful time. The location was great for the golf, hiking, and our Wisconsin Dells visit. It was very spacious, comfortable, and an abundance of kitchen appliances, gadgets, and accessories! Thank you for the light switch labels! Great idea! I would definitely stay here again and recommend your home to others!

Great location and layout of home!

A little dated, sure, but this house has a great layout. 4 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens, 2 twin beds) and 4 bathrooms. Sufficient storage and long driveway for cars. It also has a 3 car garage. The only thing it was lacking was a bonfire pit honestly. Only a 15 min walk to clubhouse pool and golf, very short drive. Right on the 5th green of the lake arrowhead Pines course! Owner was great with communication before and during our stay.

Golf in Nekoosa

Excellent location for anyone planning on playing golf in the Nekoosa area as it is less than a mile to the Lake Arrowhead Pines first tee, 2 miles from Sand Valley first tee and about 2 miles to Lake Arrowhead Lakes course. We were 4 golfers and there were excellent beds for all, many bathrooms with showers and the 5th green at the Pines right outside the back door. House was very clean and stocked with anything you could need and more in the Kitchen. Will stay again if we are in the area.
