"Parking lot next to the hotel was being torn up with heavy equipment starting at 10 pm right outside our window. Since it wasn’t looking like it was going to stop, at 1:30 am we requested and got switched to another room. Enjoyed the breakfast."

"We found that the bathroom, while clean, didn’t have the amenities we have found in other Hampton Inns. The toilet paper holder was not very conveniently placed and we ended up putting the roll on the counter. Breakfast, while there were plenty of options, had issues. The omelettes seemed fake and the waffle maker was a challenge to use. More time was spent trying to peel the waffle off the cooking plates. "Room dirty 3 lge stains on couch as well as dried crud on armrest I refused to sit on it. I asked for another room and was told they were full and could not accommodate us.. Shower bar repair incomplete and the room was in the basement. The furniture is past its prime . It might be helpful to provide simple instructions, including how to make a regular cup of coffee, for guests who aren't looking for specialty drinks. The blinds are attractive, but they don't offer much privacy since you can easily see through them from both inside and outside. They also do very little to block sunlight.
