"Very disappointing experience. Around 5:30 AM someone from the front desk knocked on our door twice because their system incorrectly showed our room as vacant after a check-in error. This woke us up abruptly, our dogs started barking, and we couldn’t go back to sleep. We had been driving all day and still had a full day of travel ahead of us, so this disturbance was extremely frustrating. The issue was caused by the hotel’s internal mistake and unfortunately no resolution was offered."

"Wunderschönes, gut erhaltenes kleines Hotel in direkter (fußläufig erreichbarer) Umgebung der Old Town von ABQ. Sehr leckeres Frühstück, großzügige Unterkunft mit allem, was es braucht. Wir waren eine Nacht vor Ort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wer New Mexico-Feeling sucht und nicht in einem klassisch-langweiligen Hotel übernachten möchte, ist hier genau richtig. "

"This hotel is one of our go to hotels. It had all of the amenities that we needed. The only thing that was weird about the room was that it was missing a TV. Most of the home to sweet hotels that we stay in normally have two televisions."

"The first room I checked into had the bathtub faucet tour completely out. They got us another room. We asked for sheets for the pull out bed and we were given a pillow, a top sheet and a blanket, no bottom sheet, and they only had one pillow they could give us. The heater in the room did not work at all and the temperature got to 40 degrees outsideWhile swimming in the swimming pool, one of the staff went into our room, looking for extra towels, because apparently the hotel did not have enough...

"Pros: great breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable room, quiet. I thought the bed was comfortable but my husband did not. We liked that there were 2 towel racks and drawers in the bathroom vanity.
Cons: carpet tack exposed at kitchen area, closet doors came off rail the 1st time we opened them, the bathroom light was extremely dim and the exhaust fan sounded like a jack hammer. Also, the end of the bed was so close to the wall i had to turn sideways to reach my side."
