Some room images are misleading. For example, we booked the Deluxe Suite with ocean view and jetted tub. The image has the jetted tub on the deck over looking the ocean. It looked beautiful. They only have a couple rooms with the deck tubs. Our jetted tub ended up just being in the bathroom. So, be sure and clarify what type of room you want. We assumed and were disappointed.

The property itself was just okay. The photos did not really match the condition of the rooms since it could use some cosmetic work and serious updating. The room had a weird smell upon entering, but didn’t last too long. The shower head didn’t work so we had to use the handheld one. The restaurant and beach club being right in front of the property earned it an extra star from us. It is far from luxury so the price did not match the property standard.

Staff was excellent, as was the food, but we were surprised that the beach club was very family friendly given the fact that it seemed from the photos that the beach was also adults only. The room provided what you’d need, but it wasn’t luxury by any means. Air conditioning was also unreliable. The highlight was the helpful staff, the location, and amazing access to all the sights on Naxos. If you’re expecting a luxury couples getaway - this might not be it.

The hotel itself was in a great location and right by the beach, with a road in between the hotel and the beach. The service and staff at the hotel were great. The restaurant, exterior of the hotel and breakfast were fantastic. The hotel rooms need some serious work - The AC will only turn on when you are in the room so it is often very warm in the room, additionally our AC kept turning off and breaking over night so we would wake up very hot which was very frustrating. The shower also smells strongly of mold, likely due to the wooden stump left in there. Also they do not keep beach loungers open for hotel guests and I would highly suggest if they are marketing the hotel with the beach loungers they need to keep 10 reserved for hotel guests at all times.

2 blocos de edifícios com quartos e um restaurante, em frente à praia. A realidade parece muito pior e menos agradável que as fotografias dão a parecer. As fotos embelezam os quartos e edíficios. O quarto do r/c não tinha jet tube na varanda e não é agradável. O aspecto dos edíficios atrás , na entrada para os quartos não é bom.

It’s a butique hotel. The room had interesting island style design, although we found it quite uncomfortable comparing to the regular hotels. There was very strong unpleasant odor (mold vs sewer vs old paint) that was getting better with doors/windows opened or air conditioner working. There was nowhere to put toiletries. The toilet door is just a glass swinging door, one needs to be very comfortable with a partner since it’s not sound or odor proof and the bathroom area continues into the room area without walls or dividers. The towels, bed linen were very clean, the cleaning staff was thorough. The jetted tub had pleasantly warm water but wasn’t working and was not fixed during our stay. The staff was friendly, polite and helpful. The beds on the beach in front of the property are included in your stay, but we were assigned beds in the forth row from the shore line. The beach is accessible to general public for a fee, fully occupied. The property says “adults only” but there were well behaved children. There is a very dusty road in front of the property restaurant, it affects dining when windy. The food is great everywhere. There were convenience stores and a bus stop near by. It was ok and different, depending on one’s taste.

Charming boutique hotel right in front of the ocean. The rooms are great, the staff is incredible and the location is unparalleled!!! Will definitely be back!

Very quiet beachy area. Bohemian vibes with cool staff and atmosphere. Ocean is walkable from villa. Breakfast daily included with our stay and it was delicious and healthy

great location and style

Beautiful hotel and good service and food. My only complaint is that the hot tub/jacuzzi was really not usable because it did not heat up at all and though the weather was warm, we still did not want to go into a very COLD tub of water (which did not look completely clean).

We enjoyed our stay. Great staff and great food. Nice cabanas and sandy beach. Our room had a jacuzzi tub on the deck. As other reviews have noted, the water is not heated. I did not want to sit in cool water. Buses were convenient to go to main town or get on ferry.

Overall a great location. Staff is helpful but if you are used to the faster pace of the US you won’t find that here. It is a laid back vibe. Only concern was the amount of cats, all over the area. Not really anything they could do as all open air. Just fyi.

The beach and restaurant were great but very disappointed with the room. Not at all like the photos, very tired needs upgrading. Definitely not 5 star. Bathroom really needs to be updated, smell of sewage was constant. Air conditioning didn’t work well either.

Beautiful location, right on the beach. Very relaxing environment. Rooms were nice and as advertised. Staff were extremely friendly and happy to give recommendations and to a book rental car for us. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Best thing about this hotel is that the beach is across the street. Room described "jetted tub" on our balcony, but tub was not working and controls were painted over. TV remote did not work, safe did not work, Nespresso machine in room made horrible noise when used. If you call the number listed for assistance no one answers. Definitely not luxury.

Horrible, old, dirty rooms & hotel - a total scam

Incomprehensible how they can charge these prices for this hotel. It is a total scam - please trust the negative comments you read about this hotel as they are true. It is more like an old badly maintained 2-star hotel. Please save your time and money and stay elsewhere. Pros: Location next to the beach and access to lounge chairs at the beach. Friendly welcome with welcome drink (although now we understand this is probably to compensate for all the other flaws of the hotel). Cons: The hotel itself and the rooms are old, dirty and not well maintained at all. So many things in our room were broken (shower head coming off, wires coming out of the wall), toilet lush not working properly. The room was not clean and bedsheets had stains on them. There were traces of dead insects on the wall which hadn’t been cleaned. I was grossed out to sleep in the room and very upset given the price we had paid. The balcony was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The “jacuzzi” was horrible - there was a thick layer of dirt and plenty of insects on top. We shortened our stay and left after one night because it was simply horrible. Even that was a huge negotiation and although staff was friendly, they did not manage it professionally. We thought it would be an upscale hotel given the high price - but it is nothing like that and please trust the negative comments. The worst hotel we’ve stayed at in Greece over the years.

Excellent service and location ! Literally feels like you have your own private beach and they’ll bring you whatever you need. FYI it’s about a 30 euro taxi from the Naxos port to the hotel. They can arrange transportation for you.

Nice stay and beach but not for the price

Pros: design of the room was cool, clean and it was bigger than most hotels we’ve stayed at in the islands. We loved the Apivita toiletries and Nespresso machine with capsules. When we checked in, we were provided with complimentary drinks and felt very welcomed by the staff. We really liked the included sun beds and towels for the duration of our stay. Cons: the rooms don’t have a view and we only stayed one night but got the room facing the restaurant so we had no privacy. We could also hear the neighbours upstairs when they were speaking loudly or moving furniture for some reason. We couldn’t use the outdoor tub because it was filled with bugs and it didn’t warm up over the day so it was quite cold. The breakfast was quite underwhelming. My partner had a cold omelette and they ran out of most things on the menu so there was very limited choice. Overall, we didn’t hate our stay, despite what is written above. I guess I would have expected more for the price per night.

What an amazing place to stay! Not only is this place insanely picturesque, but the staff is above and beyond with each customer! I would come back a million times over and had such a relaxing time! A must for people looking to get in some relaxation and have access to the best beach in the islands
