We loved our stay at this hotel, it was very clean and the staff were fantastic! Even drove down some clothes we accidentally left behind to the port - super helpful! We would recommend this place for your stay in Naxos!

The place is neat and Diana was very helpful as a host. The location is not "downtown" or by the port where most of the food and activity options are though, and the view is mostly overlooking construction.

This is a small hotel built in 2022. Only 9 rooms. Very clean rooms, beautiful rooftop pool (it was closed in October when we were there). We still used the chairs to get some sun! Walk into town in 15 minutes! Very friendly staff! I believe her name was Diana! She was very nice and helpful! Great place! I highly recommend!

The hotel is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the Jacuzzi was thoroughly enjoyed as it was very windy and cool when we were there. The girl working reception is very kind and helpful with restaurant recommendations and other things we needed. Please note this hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the beach or to the old town. We do not mind walking so we appreciated that it was away from things. As with many places in Greece, you will find a beautiful place in the middle of construction areas and this is one of those places. If you don’t mind that then I would totally recommend this hotel.

Our first trip to Naxos. We were unfamiliar with the town and hotel but, everything worked out very well. The owner, Diana, was very friendly and helpful and available at all times. The property was clean and secure. We never used the pool on the roof but, enjoyed the seating area up there. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to the port area and the beach (Agios). We made the trip every day and, in fact, walked to the port with our suitcases on the day we left. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and we would certainly return.

This hotel is 4 years old. The owner could not be more helpful. Ask about having a rental car delivered to and from the hotel. Excellent proximity to old town.

Amazing hotel with a very clean and modern design. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained throughout the stay. The jacuzzi was incredible and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. The hotel is located in a quieter area, which made the stay feel very peaceful and private — perfect for relaxing away from busy crowds. The service was excellent from start to finish — the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They also supported us with booking a transfer, which made everything much easier and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

This hotel is new and Dianna was fabulous. The location is great, near supermarkets, restaurants and the Ferry. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

We stayed at Alenor City hotel for part of our honeymoon, and it was wonderful! The room was spacious and comfortable (with a lovely hot tub and AC that worked really well), and the rooftop deck and pool were so nice. The hotel is spotless and a quick walk to the center of the city. But Diana was absolutely the highlight of our stay. I felt bad that I kept bothering her with more questions than I normally have while traveling, and she was so patient and kind. She helped us with ordering food when we were exhausted our first night, arranging transfers to and from the port and to the beach, and anything else we needed. She also decorated our room and gave us delicious, hand-made chocolate-dipped strawberries and a bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon. I would absolutely recommend Alenor City as a wonderful place to stay in Naxos (and, as a bonus, maybe you’ll get to meet Ellie the hotel cat!)

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Naxos. The staff were very nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is great—just a short walk to coffee shops, bakeries, pharmacies, and markets. It’s also very close to Chora and the beautiful Naxos Old Town, which made exploring super easy. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool—such a relaxing spot with lounge chairs, views of the town and church, and a stunning sunset every evening. Would definitely stay here again!

Stunning hotel and friendly staff

The stay was amazing the lady who runs it was just so so lovely and very helpful. The hotel was beautiful and they had a roof top Pool which was stunning and we did not expect. Ideal location to walk to the port and main town. Could not recommend this hotel more. Honestly the nicest hotel with the most friendliest staff and very helpful. The hot tub room was great and perfect to end our days. Exceeded our expectations and made our holiday even better

The staff was friendly and very helpful, making restaurant and taxi reservations for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with outside terraces. The location was not in the center of town but was only a 15-20 minute walk to Agios Georgios Beach, the main shopping area, and the port. The hotel reserved umbrellas and sunbeds for us at the Naxaki Lounge at Agios Georgios Beach, which worked out wonderfully.

Nous avons passé un super séjour grâce à notre chambre et l'hôtel Alénor. Petit hôtel intimiste, à l'écart du bruit mais assez proche pour descendre dans la ville ou le port à pieds en 10 min (marche tranquille) . Pas de mauvaise surprise comme sur booking par rapport aux photos. Notre chambre était bien celle que nous avions réservé. Les gros plus : • Le rooftop avec la piscine. pas trop grand pas trop de transat donc pas trop de monde, parfait pour être au calme et aussi la salle de sport en bas qui permet de faire du sport au frais . • Le prix très accessible pour un service niveau 4 étoiles. (chambre refaites chaque jour, propreté impeccable chaque jour) • Diana qui vous accueil est très agréable souriante, disponible et arrangeante. Vous reconnaitrez sont professionnalisme comme hôte. Privilégiez la tranquillité / le service impeccable / les petit dej sur le rootftop le bien-être. En temps que Français pointilleux sur la propreté le service et la tranquilité, nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel pour plusieurs jours largement supérieurs par au merdes sur-cotés trouvé sur booking. info restau : Pour le poisson grillé à Naxos c'est > Sarris Tavern < et pas ailleurs pour des dorades énormes et locales / et des sardines grillées bien charnues tout à la braise. !!!!>>>> à éviter taverne à mouche, très très sale : Gorgona Greek Taverna Naxos <<<<

Fantastic!

The Alenor was absolutely great!! It’s a brand new building, extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfy, and was one big mattress. The room also has an nespresso type coffee machine, which they give you pods for. Delicious! We were on our honeymoon and when we arrived we saw they had put flower peddles on the bed for us and had a cold bottle of champagne and fresh fruit waiting for us in our room too. I can’t say enough about how nice they are. The owner brought us local apples one afternoon too as we were sitting in the lobby. Our balcony overlooked a school yard which we found very relaxing, to hear the sound of the kids (versus the hustle and bustle if you are closer to the port). We rented an ATV and the Alenor had free parking. But the port and beach are also very close. Only a 10 minute walk to many restaurants at the port.

Unique, stylish, quiet, comfort, clean

Simply awesome! Congratulations to the owners of this beautiful boutique hotel. Very close to the centre, a short 5 minute walk, with nice views, located in a very quiet area. Brand new with uniquely modern & stylish rooms with a Cycladic touch. Modern bathroom with a modern shower included an overtop shower head. The bed has a king size mattress which was super comfy. The rooms were cleaned every single day of our stay with fresh towels given to us every day. The rooms even have a medium sized fridge which was very important for a couple with a 1 year old baby. The owner takes the best care of every single one of her guests. We were welcomed from the very first moment and were taken care of whatever we asked until the last second we left. Our room was equipped with a brand new baby cot for our 1 year old, baby shower gel, an electric heat plate and a cooking pot for preparing our baby’s vegetables (bought fresh from a nearby local fruit market). The owner even had a few tennis rackets, small diggers and plastic buckets which she borrowed to the guests to use in the beautiful sandy beaches of Agios Prokopios and Plaka. We could not have imagined a better stay in Naxos. I want to congratulate again the owners and I urge everyone to visit Naxos and choose this place for their accommodation if they are looking for a clean, modern, boutique hotel experience.
