Beautiful, newly renovated waterfront townhouse with the Santa Rosa Sound right out your door and short 5-minute walk to Gulf of Mexico. Non-Peak season weekly and monthly discounts start early August. Spread out in this 2000 sq ft, 3BR/2.5 Ba, w/ 3-stories, 4 decks and panoramic views of Navarre Beach, Santa Rosa Sound and Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy your morning coffee from private master bedroom balcony overlooking beautiful Santa Rosa Sound and and experience spectacular happy-hour sunsets from 3rd story widow's watch. The sound of waves will lull you to sleep --K/K/T/T/T/T layout comfortably sleeps 8. Spend your days fishing, swimming, kayaking or paddleboarding in the calm Santa Rosa Sound--steps out your door, sunbathing on the snow white sands of beautiful Navarre Beach, and playing in the waves of the Gulf of Mexico, a short (5 minute) walk across the street. Being on the Sound side is especially nice on days the Gulf is rough and currents are strong. Unit was recently remodeled throughout, with all new kitchen and appliances, furniture, flooring, paint, and 2.5 beautifully remodeled bath rooms. Extra large fridge/freezer and separate beverage/wine fridge means you can grocery shop once and enjoy your week at the beach. 3 bedrooms upstairs with gorgeous master bath with walk in shower w/ dual shower heads, dual vanities. 2nd upstairs full bath with shower/tub combo. Two bedrooms have king beds and 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds with extra long twin mattresses for kids or adults. On the main floor is the kitchen, breakfast nook, separate dining room, half bath, and huge family room with spectacular views of Santa Rosa Sound and the intercoastal waterway. Decks off kitchen and master bedroom with water views, and 2 additional decks on top floor, one covered and one uncovered sun deck, with panoramic views of the island and Gulf. Full-size washer and dryer. Ground floor has 2+ car garage with lots of room for big or small beach toys. There is an outside shower with hot and cold water, perfect for a quick rinse off after your day at the beach. Townhouse is located on residential street with ample parking in garage or driveway. Unit is #4 of a five unit waterfront townhouse complex, which is built staggered across the property so that each unit has water frontage and gorgeous views. Bars, restaurants, convenience store, and the Navarre Beach fishing pier all within a short walk.

Navarre Paradise

This is the best vacation rental we’ve stayed at. It was clean, updated, well-equipped, and in a perfect location for us to enjoy Navarre Beach as well as some much needed downtime. We loved the different porches and the space for every family member. We watched the sunset on the third deck several nights. We ate breakfast on all three porches and just enjoyed the amenities to the fullest. Washer and dryer as well as crockpot and lots of beach stuff made us feel at home. The outdoor shower and spray hose was great for keeping the sand out of our way and off our feet inside the rental. Would rent this 5-Star townhome again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful

This townhouse was absolutely perfect! Plenty of room for all 7 of us. Very clean and well stocked with kitchen items, towels, even a high chair and baby gates for our grandson. Very beautiful townhouse, loved being right on the bay and close to the beaches. Will be back to stay again! Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place!

Beautiful!

Enjoyed our stay, we loved the views from the multiple decks of the sound side! We brought our kayaks and there was plenty of room to store the kayaks and easy access to take them out to the water. The townhouse was lovely, and besides the decks my favorite spot was sitting by the big window facing the water in the swivel chair. We wished we could've stayed longer, and hope to reserve in the future!

Great stay!

Right by the sound which was perfect for our little kids and within walking distance of the gulf. Great clean space. Fully supplied with all beach things needed. Fenced in backyard. Lots of stairs that were a little hard for the younger kids but they did supply baby gates. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat

Relaxing Beach Trip

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone, fully stocked, very clean and close to everything. The property manager is just next door if we needed anything! The views of the Sound are beautiful from the property. The beach is just a short 5 minute walk and all beach needs are provided at the property! We walked to morning coffee, beached each day, cooked dinner each night and walked the beach again at sundown. We truly had a wonderful time!

Awesome property

We had the best time staying at this home. Location was perfect especially with younger kids and the bay being right out the door! Sunsets were amazing every night. House had everything we needed! Communication with property owner was quick and easy! He was so helpful and accommodating! Only thing we didn’t understand was that there was no TV in the bunk room but other than that it was perfect!! Clean and fully remodeled! Stunning! See y’all next year! Bruce Family!

Loved the floor plan of the condo. Home was neat and well-kept. Great location... a short walk to the beach and Juana's. The covered parking and access to beach chair and umbrella were an added plus. We'd love to return sometime soon.

Spotless home with plenty of room.

This home was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in and most of the inside looks brand new. Our family has 2 adult children and one 10 year old and we really appreciated the ability for the 5 of us sit together in the living room comfortably and also the space to spread out when needed. The internet connection was strong and the kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. The views from 3 levels were so beautiful each night. One of my favorite things about the master bedroom is that I could sit up in bed and view the water every morning before anything else. We brought our own paddleboards and had plenty of room in the garage for all of our gear. It was great to be able to put our isups in the sound which is only steps from the garage. We drove down two large trucks and the parking was easy- so thankful. The walk to the beach easy (5minutes) if you are only taking a backpack chair and towel but if you have a lot of gear to take with kids then I recommend driving to the free public beach access only 3-4 minutes away because you can park closer and there are showers at the beach access points by the end of the bridge. It was completely worth the extra steps to the beach to have space for our family to spread out as the week went on. The owners communication is excellent as well. Thank you for this excellent VRBO.

This beach house is paradise!

If you are looking for a bit of paradise, this is the place! Beautifully decorated, spotless, amazing location, stunning sunset views, every commodity provided. Open layout, good size rooms, living room was huge with a beautiful window overlooking the water. Comfortable king size beds, bunkbeds for the kids/grandkids, wonderful kitchen along with another eating area there too. Bathrooms perfect. Washer and dryer great! Helpful brochures for local restaurants, things to see and do set out. Several decks to relax and check out the views. The perch on top was the icing on the cake! Watched the sunsets every evening, so calming after a day at the beach. It felt like home (we wish it was). :) Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys for the kids all provided in the two car garage, as well as an outdoor shower for washing off the sand. Hosts were wonderful, property manager was the best! Beach house is located in a very quiet cul de sac with the sound steps away, and the ocean across the street just minutes away. Navarre beach is just as nice as the Caribbean, the sand is like sugar and the water is aqua and crystal clear. Publix, Aldi, Culvers, Walmart, lots of restaurants and stores just minutes across the bridge. Gulf Breeze Zoo is wonderful and very close by, we enjoyed the Gulfarium too! Lots of nature trails around, good walking and biking paths. Make sure to book enough days because you won't want to leave! We will be back!

Beautiful Townhouse

This beautiful townhouse has everything you need for an amazing stay in Navarre Beach. We stayed for 7 weeks this spring and totally enjoyed being able to have our kids and grandkids come to visit. There was plenty of space for everyone, both inside and out. Very clean, excellent property manager right next door, great views and outdoor spaces.

Vacation!

We had the absolute best vacation this week. The place is gorgeous and the views out of the main room and master are stunning. It was steps to the sound and calm waters for the littles and we chose to drive the very quick drive to a public access spot with a bathroom for the beach. There is a public access spot within walking distance which we did in the evenings when we weren’t dragging a lot of stuff with us. We could walk easily to the pier even with a 2 year old. The owner was so easy to reach and responded super quick. Perfect trip!

Family vacation in Navarre Beach

This property worked great for our family, we loved having multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, two eating spaces, and plenty of room in the living room to spread out! The two outdoor areas with views of the bay were beautiful! We really appreciate having nightlights in the bathrooms and bedrooms. It was great to have beach chairs and toys and an umbrella to use. The proximity to the gulf and restaurants was great! Our favorite thing about the property was the few short steps to the beach area on the bay! We went everyday, whether it was to play, swim, relax, or watch the sunset! Communicating with the property owner and manager was delightfully easy and prompt with response. We look forward to staying at this property again!

This was the perfect location for our family of 8

We love to spend days on the beach, relax in the evenings cooking lots of seafood, and watch a beautiful sunset. The walk to the beach is really easy. Each day we pulled a wagon and the walk still only took about 6 minutes. The water was crystal clear and we always had access to a good spot on the beach. The kitchen was stocked well. We cook daily and I really can't think of anything significant that limited our cooking. The drink fridge made keeping lots of beverages cool and ready for everyone to enjoy was an added bonus. The sunsets from the top porch are beautiful. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Spring Break 2022

Great location being just steps away from the sound beach and a short walk or drive to the ocean beach. Townhouse accommodated my family and several kids very well. Only complaint was the townhouse did not have a vacuum or broom to keep the floors cleaned of sand and crumbs. We ended up buying a broom to make sure we kept the place clean. Located very close to stores and great restaurants.
