This upgraded corner unit offers modern furnishings accented with unique antique finds like an authentic tobacco basket in the master bedroom; dough bowls throughout to stylishly collect all of those little things we lose (keys, air pods, chap stick, sunscreen, etc.), vintage boho wicker accent pieces. But that’s just the beginning. Step outside and you’ll see that the wrap around balcony gives you the best beach and gulf views. In fact, you'll find yourself spending lots of time out there. Bring your binoculars so you can watch the dolphins playing in the morning. And get ready to enjoy the magnificent sunsets in the evening.

Great Stay!

The condo had an amazing view, we have stayed in these condos before but never this specific one, it was very roomy, great view, beds were comfy, plenty of showers etc. Plenty of cooking tools and pans to eat in as well. We will be booking again for sure.

Beautiful condo and location

The condo was absolutely beautiful and the view and location were perfect. Plenty of space and storage. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was so nice! My only complaint is that the unit did not include beach service. It’s my fault for not asking before booking and just assuming since the other units I looked at did include it. The beach chair company takes up the entire beach front which is quite annoying, so after the first day of trying to set up a canopy and chairs on the hot sand in the Florida heat we ended up paying the $350 for beach service but then you have to pay an extra fee if you want them to actually reserve chairs for you otherwise you have to walk up and down the beachfront looking for empty spots. Just a minor inconvenience but something to keep in mind.

Clean but warm

The condo was very nice and we would stay in this location again. Very quiet and family friendly. I do have a college kid and the night life was a bit limited for his liking. A couple of suggestions for a more comfortable stay include: 1. Throw blankets 2. A new ceiling fan in the guest room. (It was pretty hot while sleeping- we called maintenance out but no resolution was had) We ended up turning the AC very low and using a box fan to move the air back toward that area which resulted in a freezing common area. 3. I purchased a cheap saute pan and left it as there wasnt one large enough to accommodate the amount of people the condo wil.sleep. 4. Lastly, a few simple spices would be nice. Those tend to last a long time and keeps travelers feom purchasing all the same spices they have at home for their stay. At the very least, may I sugguest this i fo be updated in the details for transparency? Overall, we made do. The beds were very comfortable but the bedspread/ comforters were VERY thin. Given out climate issue, it made for a cold sleeping environment in the other 2 rooms. The space was tidy, safe, the beach and view from balcony were beautiful. The pools were in good working condition.

Great trip

The check in process was very easy. The condo was clean and location is awesome. Walking distance from 2 restaurants and a well stocked Tom Thumb. Elevators worked efficiently and front desk was very helpful when we needed an extra parking pass for one night. Definitely would stay again.

2 star place 5 star price!

Bad communication. Had to r3qch out to them 3 hours before arrival. Appliances and furniture are sub par. I felt like for the price they should provide you with the basics whicb they did not. No extra toilet paper other then what was left on the holder, no hand soap in the bathroom. They did give us 3 dish washer pods for our 6 days there and a tiny little bottle of palmolive dish soap. Place is over priced imo

Incredible views of the gulf and pier

Comfortable and spacious condo…Nice to have 3 bedrooms separated by walls and or hallway. Easy access to the beach and fabulous fishing/walking pier. Family had a fun & relaxing time.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot!

This condo was excellent! Upon entry, the condo smelled so clean. Everything was perfect, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities and there were plenty of towels. The condo is in the best location. There are 3 restaurants within walking distance, there are two gift shops right next door on either side. The gift shop inside the first floor of Summerwinds was a fun surprise! Had drinks and snacks and several cute souvenirs for purchase. The weather was amazing during our stay, so it was wonderful to have the beach and three pools so close by. The security guards were even super nice and friendly. Only "problem" we had with the condo were the DVD players not working, but that wasn't a big deal. It was the perfect vacation! We would love to stay here again!

She was perfect 💗

We loved the condo! The listing was spot on. The building is under construction but in the grand scheme of things that was a minor inconvenience. However, the condo was so cute and cozy. The owners made sure to have extras of everything. They had game boards, pool and beach toys. The kitchen was fully stocked. They have extra throw blankets, pillows rugs to put in extra spaces where needed. The smart fans and TVs were a bonus. The bunk bed is huge it was either a full of full or Queen over Queen but had a trundle that could fit two 10 year olds. We loved it and plan to come back! We want to tell the owners thank you for the extra touches. You made it feel like a home away from home. Also, I’d love to know where you found the desk and drawers in the master I need those 💗
