The BEST VIEWS with family friendly gameroom!

At Family Adventure Vacations, we provide our guests with a fun, family inspired rental! This adorable 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath beach house is your Link to Paradise! Sit on the porch with the amazing unobstructed views of the Santa Rosa Sound, or take a very short walk/golf cart ride to the gulf. The house location is a straight walk to the beach access, making this house actually closer to the access than most of the houses on Gulf Boulevard. The Master bedroom is on the top floor and features a king size bed, a full bathroom with tub and shower, and a private balcony. This bedroom does have a smart tv. The laundry room is located right off the master bathroom. On the main floor the guest room has a queen size bed, as well as a smart tv. The second room on the main level has a king size bed, and a smart tv. Through this room you access another bedroom. This is a fun kids' bunk room with all four walls painted with an under the sea mural. This room has a bunk bed with two twin beds.The two bedrooms share a guest bathroom with a combination shower/tub. The living area has a pullout sofa as well as a queen size Murphy bed. Off of the kitchen is an adorable bar room with an additional table. The garage has an air conditioned game room to hang out and watch tv, or play foosball. We have a 6 seater golf cart available for you to rent. Please shoot me a message for rates. We also have 4 beach bikes available for your use.

Pet fee is $120 per dog, 2 dog maximum. Small dogs under 50lbs only. Dogs must be crated when not under direct supervision. We do not have a crate at this property, you will need to bring one. Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture, this includes beds. Excessive cleaning due to pets may result in additional charges. This includes hair, urine, feces (yard included), and any damage from the pets. If you are bringing something other than a dog, it MUST be pre-approved. No cats.

*A signed rental agreement is required. We do collect an $500 security deposit hold that will be released after checkout. Your door code will be sent to you two days prior to your arrival along with detailed directions.

*this is a non smoking/vaping property and will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

*Violation of any house rule, including pet rules or excessive cleaning will result in removal from property and forfeiture of deposit.

*There are external security cameras located at the entrances to the home. These record video only.

House was clean and comfortable. Loved sitting in the front porch. Beach parking/entrance was really close so loved having the golf cart to haul stuff. Nice and quiet during days and nights.

Loved the house and location! Very easy walk to the beach and the house was clean, cozy, comfortable and well stocked! Wonderful views from the master and front porch. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, inflated floaties, etc. Unfortunately, the beach umbrellas were broken, and the "wind tunnel" just didn't work. I would recommend getting a better replacement beach shade and a better beach caddy. The other major concern was the visible mold growth on the downstairs ceiling between the bedrooms, upstairs around electrical boxes and the recessed lighting.The upstairs master was opened to the stairway below with no door. Not a big deal, but might be a concern for some.We plan on coming back!

The house was perfect for our multi-family vacation. We had views from all angles and porches to enjoy them from. The home was equipped with all amenities to dine in and grill out. Beach essentials were readily available including a shibumi shade for our beach adventures. Beach access was less then a block away with plenty of parking if needed. A great place to set yourself apart from the packed beaches of the mainland.

Nice but not well maintained

Considering the price, age of the property and location, maintenance is needed to update simple issues like a new over-the-oven microwave, inability to cool the back children’s bedroom, critical shelving broken and missing in the refrigerator doors, chipped paint on the shower floor, missing under-the-cabinet lighting, remotes missing that run fans, upstairs toilet that needs a new flush valve and jacuzzi tub clean out. The option to add a small countertop microwave rather than replace the inoperative, installed microwave is not consistent with the value and appeal of the property and location. Our grandson wanted to take a jacuzzi bath. We filled the tub and turned on the jets…brown, slimy, sudsy water came out along with hair and dirt. Obviously, the jet supply lines had not been flushed from previous patrons. The grill worked fine, plenty of beach toys and chairs, four bikes and an outdoor shower. We are not big complainers but again, making some simple and relatively simple fixes will help match the vibe of the location. Add a book on how to run all of the switches and disparate remotes and locations. One last thing-while the views are great out of the master bedroom, add darkening shades or some form of blinds to allow for privacy and too much morning light.

Wonderful Stay

We had a lovely time in this home! The beach was very easy to access, and the home itself was clean and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Kids and adults alike enjoyed their time here!

The house is as pictured (which is beautiful ). The hostess was easy to communicate with and ready to handle any issues. We enjoyed our stay. The area is peaceful and beautiful. We will definitely visit again.

Truly perfect

This was an anniversary trip that turned into a family vacation at the last minute. The host made it super easy to get everything situated and was always there any time we had a question. I arranged for a charcuterie board and non alcoholic celebratory drink and we were not disappointed. There was something at this rental for everyone and the owners have truly thought of everything!

Impromptu Family Getaway

This was the absolute best VRBO we have ever stayed in. We were highly impressed with all of the amenities… it was like staying at a high class hotel but so much better. It had everything we could have needed… and the beds were amazing… so comfortable! We actually called to see if we could stay another day but they were already booked which makes complete sense. We will definitely be back and this time for a longer stay. The golf cart was the perfect addition as well and made it so much easier to bring our stuff to the beach. Thank-you for a great stay!!

Beautiful home at Navarre Beach

Link to Paradise is a beautiful sound side home at Navarre Beach. The home is exactly as pictured in the photos. The kitchen is well equipped. The living room was comfy and cozy during our cold and rainy November stay. The breakfast/game room was a great place for remote work. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Definitely a great beach home for a family vacation.

Family fall beach trip

We came as a family, (4 adults, 2 teens and 2 young children) and this beach home was very accommodating. The game room down stairs with the tv gave the teens their own space. The teens also loved the bikes and since the house is on the small back street they had plenty space to ride. There was also a small sunroom that was full of card games and board games that the teens got plenty of use out of. We loved the size of the large TVs in all the bedrooms. The beds and pillows were super comfy in all the rooms. We rented the golf cart and was so glad we did. It made the short trip to the beach with all the chairs, cooler, toys and kids so much easier. There were plenty of comfy beach chairs and beach towels available for our use. The only thing that I could possibly consider a con for this house was there is very little to no privacy. There are no blinds or coverings on the windows. Including the master bedroom and bathroom. There is a very large window over the tub and shower and when it’s dark outside anyone can see straight inside. Also, there is no door going into the master bedroom on the top floor. You go up the steps and it is just open into the master bedroom with no door at the top or bottom of the stairs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the beautiful beach house and will definitely consider staying here again in the future.
