Welcome to Stay and Play, a one-of-a-kind beachfront townhome in the Beachview Complex—designed for guests who want to make the most of every beach day. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath retreat comes fully stocked with one of the largest collections of recreational equipment on Navarre Beach. Housed in the transformed beach-level garage, you'll find seven bicycles (three Montague men's and four Specialized/EVO women's), four kayaks (including two junior models, one inflatable, and one tandem), a stand-up paddleboard, three fiberglass skimboards, and more than a dozen beach chairs. Six umbrellas with anchors, tennis and pickleball gear, life vests, helmets, coolers, and beach toys are all included, eliminating the need to pack or rent extra gear.

Inside, relax in comfort with two Ekornes Stressless recliners and a dual-reclining loveseat, or enjoy the deluxe no-center-bar Palliser sofa sleeper with a full Serta mattress. The audiovisual amenities feature four ultra-high-end LG OLED TVs, all connected to high-definition cable boxes. The owner has provided over 150 DVDs as well as complimentary subscriptions to STARZ/ENCORE, Peacock, Paramount Plus, Disney+, Hulu, and Max. If you subscribe to other streaming services, just point-and-click the LG remote and sign in. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully outfitted with All-Clad and Le Creuset cookware, Wüsthof and Henckels knives, and other high-end essentials. Whether you’re paddling in the surf or savoring Gulf views from your private balcony, this condo truly lives up to its name.

Fantastic Stay in Navarre!

My family and I (3 generations, grandma to infant) stayed over Labor Day weekend and had the best time! The care and attention Ray has put into this place is absolutely amazing. We weren't even there 30 minutes before someone asked if we could book this place again next year. There was plenty of room and so many extras that made this one of our best vacations yet. My only regret is we didn't stay longer. Thanks so much for making this such a memorable trip, and we will definitely be back!

Location and Views!

We had an excellent stay with our family that included 4 small children (ages 3-7) and 6 adults. The walk to the beach was very easy and quick with boardwalk access on both ends of the property. The beach was less crowded than further down where the high rises are located so that was a huge plus. FYI, people go out very early in the morning to claim spots on the beach and set up tents for the day. The unit is stocked with lots of chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and a beach cart to help tote supplies back and forth. The pool is located in the middle of the complex and was nothing special but fun for our kids. The unit itself was as pictured and had amazing views of the ocean. We appreciated the stocked kitchen when we cooked in one night but wish there was more cabinet space for groceries. The items on the countertop could also be paired down. Things felt very crowded at the beginning of the week until we ate up some of the groceries we purchased. Someone spent a lot of time meticulously labeling every cabinet, drawer, and spice rack. The owners clearly love to cook with a wide variety of cookbooks and every utensil/cookware item you could imagine. They also allowed us to choose a bottle of wine from their rack. There were lots of thoughtful touches that made us feel welcomed into their home. Our only complaints were lack of kitchen cabinet/ counter space, the unit smelled a bit musty on the main level, and the back bedroom upstairs was hot and air conditioner very loud.

Ideal to Relax and Play

We loved everything about our vacation! The location was perfect -- directly on the beach and we enjoy the view of the ocean, sunrise, and dolphins everyday from the two balconies. The condo had everything we needed and more including 3 fabulous full bathrooms, and washer dryer, incredibly comfy beds, and a garage (with room to park in 😲) plus anything you would want for playtime. We used the bikes, pickleball, velcro-ball, volleyball, and chairs. If the wind had settled down, we would have gone paddling, too! You can walk right out of your condo barefoot and straight to the beach to chill or play. The owners we the best communicators I've ever worked with! All instructions for departure were easy and clear plus the condo had lots of helpful tips and tricks to remove any and all confusion about how things work. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family getaway

This condo is STOCKED! The garage has ALL THE TOYS for kids and adults. The kitchen has every appliance you’d ever need. The owner has taken great care to label and leave instructions for all items in the condo. The ONLY thing you’ll need is beach towels. I thought the listing mentioned beach towels, but there were none. Nothing a quick trip to Walmart couldn’t fix :) We absolutely loved our week here and look forward to returning in the future!

2023 Family Beach Vacation

Fantastic setup for our entire family. Comfortable and spacious townhouse on the beach/ocean with a garage full of beach toys, umbrellas, and chairs; bicycles to ride on a bike-friendly beachfront roadway; charcoal and LP grills; bottled water, sodas, and ice cream stocked in the fridge; all the cooking utensils and spices one could ever ask for; etc., etc. Lots of R&R opportunities. This is our second straight year to visit this property. Easy to see that the owner takes great pride in everything he has there to offer. Hope to be back again next summer.😎

Great place!

Had a great time at Navarre. This townhome was perfect for our family. Loved having chairs and umbrellas available as well as all the toys and activities you could want. We were steps from the beach and had great views. Will book again!

Perfect place on the beach!

This was my 2nd time to stay in this unit… 4th visit in this townhouse complex. As always, it’s the perfect spot on the beach. A cook’s paradise as every possible appliance or utensil is close at hand. My only suggestion would be to please, get the clothes dryer issues corrected. Last year the maintenance crews and previous guests had neglected to empty the lint screen (I sent photos) for a very long time. This time the screen was clear but the dryer would not get clothes dry even after a number of cycles. I’ll be back again, dryer or no dryer… I love this place!!!

Thomas Vacation 2022

This property was everyrhing listed and more. The location was great. The kids loved the proximity to the pool. Loved the bikes, kayaks and such. The men loved grilling and the women loved getting to sit out on the beach with the kids while men preparing the meal. Wonderful vacation!!!

Great relaxing area. If your looking for a fun party spot look elsewhere if your looking for a relaxed family type area this is it. Not very much to do in or around Navarre. This condo was perfect.

Luxury view and well stocked!

We really loved this priperty and would stay here again. We had 5 kids ages 7 and under and it was a very kid friendly place for playing in the house, garage and of course the proximity to the beach. Having the beach view made the whole stay so worth it. We also loved having such a nearby pool for a break from the sand. The property was extremely well stocjed with kitchen supplies, nothing was missing for the nights we stayed in to cook. There were also LOTS of towels, many more than in other places we have stayed. The host carefully laveled everything to make finding things as simple as possible. The only thing that wouod have improved the stay would be more space for groceries. The pantry was in one of the bedrooms. Otherwise everything was excellent! Thank you for sharing your.home with us!

A cook’s dream vacation

Three friends who love to cook and eat well… we could not have found a more perfect home for our week on the beach! Every imaginable tool, including a fabulous collection of cookbooks was at our disposal. The townhouse itself was lovely, sadly the wind was so bad we never got around to using the bicycles, but our aim for the week was to relax anyway. That we did! A beautiful beach home… we look forward to returning!!!

Location and amenities

The location of this condo can not be beat. We stayed during a busy Spring Break and the beach was busy but not packed. The morning sunrise from the deck was wonderful and the sunsets were also spectacular. The condo itself was well appointed and had an excellent layout traveling with teenagers. Everyone had their own space. The beds are comfortable, plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything you could ever want . The bikes and beach chairs and toys were a prime reason for us staying here. Less to pack in the car! The owner takes great care to provide a relaxing experience. We would stay here again.

Loved it!!

Loved the townhouse. The garage was awesome with all the beach "TOYS" . Coming back from the beach was nice because u could go there and shower off and leave beach bags and coolers there. The kitchen with all the appliances makes me wonder if the people who owned it were Chefs? Would love to know where the single K CUP coffee pot was purchased. My husband fell in love with it! The extra refrigerator in the garage was a plus also. Cant complain about anything and believe me my group are picky. Will be back for sure. Thanks for such a wonderful place to stay. A relaxing stay!

This place has everything you need for a vacation! Everything was very clean. Plenty of kitchen equipment and beach toys, chairs & umbrellas. We used the grill one night for hamburgers and loved having the picnic area downstairs and balcony seating! We did notice that in the master bathroom, the button for the jets in the tub was pressed in and stuck that way. So that amenity wasn’t used. I had seen in another review it was like that for a previous guest as well. I would definitely stay here again, my family and I had a great time.

Beautiful condo, beautiful view, & everything you need…& then some

Very clean unit and a beautiful view with multiple ways to access outdoors. Very nice gas grill…my husband was in heaven and already looked it up online as a future purchase. My only issue was the sheer volume of kitchen gadgets/equipment/appliances. I wanted to title our review “where kitchen gadgets go to die” but didn’t want to deter people from choosing this unit based on that alone. Our review would be 5 stars if not for the kitchen. While I appreciate the attempt to equip guests with every tool needed in the kitchen it was overkill. Ironically, I could never locate measuring spoons. Lol. There’s a lot of room in the garage for shelves where a lot of this could be stored and then if guests need it they could look for it there. It really cluttered the kitchen counter space to the point it was difficult to prepare and serve food. Door handle inside toilet room for master bath is broken and fell off every time we opened the door from inside. Lots of beach toys and chairs to choose from. Owner seems to really care about supplying guests with everything they’d want or need and that is appreciated. There was even ice cream in the freezer while supplies lasted. Very thoughtful.

Fun Filled Vacation

We had an amazing stay at Beachview 3! Aside from the weather being absolutely perfect, the owners stock this unit with everything to make your vacation better! We put the bikes, kayak and paddle board to great use and appreciated the downstairs fridge being stocked with a wonderful assortment of flavored waters and the freezer stocked with frozen treats! The kitchen was also well stocked! They have thought of everything! We also enjoyed having a grill and the perfect area for grilling! The views off the balconies were breathtaking and the access to the beach was so easy! Overall we had the best vacation and we highly recommend this townhouse! I honestly wish we were still there! 😊
