Get away from it all at Katmandunes—a beautifully renovated retreat just a short walk from the beach and local restaurants. Nestled between the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the serene Santa Rosa Sound, this home offers the best of both worlds, including your own private soundside beach just steps from the door.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel at home and completely relaxed. Sink into the plush living room couch or oversized chair—both of which pull out into sleepers with memory foam mattresses. Gather around the dining table for a meal or a game night, and enjoy the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinetry, and granite countertops.
The queen-sized bedroom boasts an enormous closet with plenty of space for all your vacation essentials. Step onto the shaded deck off the bedroom to savor your morning coffee or a quiet nightcap. The bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower, and for added convenience, a stackable washer and dryer are also included.
After a day at the beach, rinse off under the outdoor shower and unwind on the front deck while taking in the stunning sound views. Paddleboard, kayak, and golf cart rentals are available just around the corner, and the longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico is only five minutes away.
This is a pet-free, smoke-free home, and events are not permitted. The minimum rental age is 25.

Great condo in excellent location

We loved our stay. The condo was the perfect size and extremely comfortable. We could walk across a nice boardwalk to get to the beach and the pier was only a 10 minute walk. The kitchen had all the pots/pans and utensils you’d need, though we wished there was salt & pepper stocked like other places we’ve stayed. The bed was pretty comfortable and nice comfy seating in the living room. The back deck was nice to relax on after a busy day. We were really impressed with how quiet the area was! Overall we loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Excellent location and space

Our week long stay was excellent due to the great communication with the management, the perfect location waking distance to both between the "sound side" of the island and the Gulf side. The house was clean, had ample space and features that made our stay comfotable and convenient. We would highly reccomend this home to anyone and families looking to enjoy Navarre Beach!

Great location

Perfect location. Short walk to the beach. Would have been nice to have a grill. ( the ad said there was one on the property) powerful shower was a bonus. Will definitely keep this property in mind on next visit.

A Little Piece of Paradise

I could not recommend this place more! The location was absolutely perfect. No hassle of elevators or front gates like the big condos, the beach was a short walk away, along with the cutest little gift shop just hardly a block away from our front door. It's an even shorter walk to the bayside water which is so clear and beautiful. The townhouse was spotless and so beautiful when we arrived. There were 5 of us that stayed during our trip, two of those guests slept on the pull out couches which were comfortable. The furniture in this townhouse was beautiful, cozy and had so much character, not your typical cheap thrown together furniture. Not to mention all of the art on the walls appeared to be original, so unique and adorable! The back porch was the perfect spot to start your moring drinking a cup of coffee, and also to end your day sitting relaxing. There is even a little area to sit out in the sun by the back porch. Neighbors were beyond friendly, Blue Moon Rentals were AMAZING to work with. We even extended our stay 2 nights because we were having so much fun and did not want to leave! Hope we return to this place soon and stay again :)

Great location for a few days away!

Property was very nice, clean, quiet and cute! It was exactly as described. Close to beach and the sound. Check in and out very easy managers understand sometimes there are delays with planes/taxis etc. Neighbors very friendly also!

Excellent get away

We stopped for a couple days at Navarre and found this cozy little hide away. The sound side is not even a block away and the ocean side is a short walk with a excellent pier to reach the beach. The next door neighbor was very helpful with recommendations on places to eat and very kind! The condo had everything we needed! We would definitely stay again!

Great place

We had a great week! I was worried from the pictures that it would be too small but it actually felt nice and spacious for our family of four. The shower was the best I've had on vacation and the outdoor shower was great. In fact my 6yo who is afraid of showers willingly showered herself head to two outside every day! Beds were fine. If I had had room in my car it would have been nice to have had our own pillows. We brought along our own handheld vacuum to help mitigate the sand issue but I did see a vacuum in the bedroom that might be available for use. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and well-organized. We brought our own pan and knife but I wished I had brought along a cutting board too. Otherwise it was quite sufficient and we cooked every meal during our stay. Wherever you stay, you'll want to get some bottled water if you're sensitive to water taste. The neighbors are all really friendly and it is a pretty short walk to the beach. We did a lot of bike riding and it was nice to have easy access to the bike path! We had a rainy morning and felt very cozy and comfy having a lazy morning at home. Overall a very pleasant experience. The beach is perfect!

Perfect family getaway!

We’d been hoping to get away as a family to the beach for several months now and this provided us that opportunity and more! We loved having our own little place to call home and for some much needed R&R. Our kids loved it and didn’t want to leave! A great location, price and atmosphere, thank you very much!

Great place for the price!

My husband and I stayed here recently and I think it’s a great place for the price. The sound is just outside to the left, a very quick walk. Nice roomy shower, spacious living area. Ladies at Blue Moon are super nice! This is our 4th vacation in Navarre and we absolutely love it!
