This property is professionally managed on behalf of a homeowner who truly values and cares for the home, and we kindly ask that it be treated with the same care and respect as your own. Please note: - The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. - Occupancy must remain within the maximum guest limit. No parties or unauthorized guests are permitted, as this may result in cancellation of the reservation. - Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the home. Outdoor use is permitted, but must be conducted more than 15 feet from the property and all smoking-related waste must be properly disposed of before departure. - Please do not set the thermostat below 70°F to avoid coil freeze-ups and compressor damage. - Please do not set the thermostat below 70°F to avoid coil freeze-ups and compressor damage. - Feminine products and wet wipes should not be flushed to avoid plumbing issues and possible additional charges. - Pet fee: $150 | Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. - Parking is limited to the driveway or garage only. Please do not park on the grass. - Trash pickup is on Wednesdays. Due to bears in the area, all trash must be securely bagged and tied, and all 4 locks must be securely clipped onto the trash can. Failure to do so may result in an additional charge. - Please note, the kitchen faucet must be on and touched in order for the water to flow. - Pool maintenance is performed every Monday morning. The pool is heated and is 5 feet deep. Pets are not permitted in the pool, and an additional fee will be assessed if this rule is not followed. - Patio Hurricane Doors: Make sure the bottom lock is unlocked, then pull the door toward you and lift the handle upward. While holding the handle in the up position, unlock the top lock and the door will open. - Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. - After booking, you will receive a link to complete the required check-in form and rental agreement to finalize your reservation.
