  • This custom-built beach home checks all the boxes! Overlooking the beautiful Santa Rosa Sound and just a short 2-block walk to the beach, your stay at Sandy Beach Blessings will be relaxing and memorable. It comfortably sleeps your group of 13. The beach access also has parking in case you want to drive!

    The unique layout of this home places the living space on the top floor for maximum water views. There is a large living area with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and sliders leading out to a huge Santa Rosa Sound view deck. This deck also features an outdoor kitchen with a propane grill, built-in fridge, plenty of counter space, a built-in island with seating for 5-6, and comfortable new deck seating.
    Inside is a chef's dream kitchen with stainless steel appliances, high-end cabinetry, countertops, a separate beverage fridge, and an ice maker. There is a breakfast bar that seats 5, as well as an expandable farmhouse table that seats an additional 6. A pull-out sofa in the living room provides extra sleeping space for 2.
    On the other side of this floor, you’ll find a king-sized bedroom, a queen bedroom, a full bath with a tub/shower combo, and a convenient half bath.
    Down one flight are the additional 3 bedrooms. One is the king-sized primary bedroom with beautiful sound views and an en suite bath featuring a large walk-in shower. Sharing this floor is another king-sized bedroom and a third with a queen and a twin. A Jack and Jill bath with a tub/shower combo connects the two bedrooms. All bedrooms on this floor have flat-screen TVs and access to another huge deck. Completing this floor is a full laundry room with a washer/dryer.
    On the ground floor is a bonus hang-out area in the garage, complete with a TV and seating. This level also has an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day of beaching and shelling. Set up the cornhole boards in the garage or the backyard and start a tournament!
    Driveway parking for 6 cars is available, and there is no street parking.
    This is a non-pet-friendly home. Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies, and no events are permitted. The minimum age to rent is 25, and the stated occupancy is strictly adhered to.
    Sandy Beach Blessings is a beautiful home with gorgeous water views, the perfect place to make your forever memories.

Family vacation

We have a large family and the house was roomy enough for everyone. The location was great. Management and owners were very accommodating. Wonderful memories were made!

The house is beautiful. All the bedrooms are nicely furnished. The kitchen is great, especially the commercial ice maker. The views off the deck are outstanding. We used the outdoor kitchen/grill. It was a perfect location and only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Perfect Thanksgiving

The house is beautiful and being so close to the water was perfect. Family all came in to spend time with our son who is currently at Eglin. We had so much room in the kitchen and the double ovens made cooking Thanksgiving dinner so easy! Was a GREAT long weekend. There was a lot of time spent at the Pier so it was nice being pretty close to it.

The four 05’s graduation trip

Our boys consist of 4 cousins who all graduated HS in 2023 And have spent most summers together in Pensacola since they were babies. We wanted them to share potentially their summer together in a magnificent place. This house did not disappoint . It was clean, beautifully appointed, and gorgeous view. It will be a time we all remember .

Perfect place

We took our family of 13. 9 adults and 4 children. We had the absolute BEST time here. There was room for everyone vey comfortably. The place was super clean and calming. We saw dolphins from the back deck . You do not need anykind of kitchen appliances they have it all. We will definitely use Blue Moon places again.

With 11 adults and one baby, the Sandy Beach Blessings house was perfect for our stay. This unit was immaculate, the perfect size, and a perfect distance from the beach access. The only thing that we would recommend is a golfcart for the unit, so transport to the beach is easier. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay!

It is located in a quiet little subdivision. The management company was very friendly and quick to respond to questions or concerns. One of the a/c units stopped working on a Sunday and the repairman was there in less than 30 minutes! I would definitely stay here again.
