  • Welcome to your ideal Navarre Beach retreat—a 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom private home perfectly situated just steps directly across the street from the Gulf with breathtaking views of the water.

    Property Highlights:
    Spacious Open Floor Plan: The main level features a large open kitchen, living, and dining area with large windows and high ceilings. Enjoy well-appointed kitchen. The living room offers a flat-screen TV and wireless internet for your entertainment. Elevator takes you from the ground floor to first floor.

    Outdoor Living:
    The large front porch provide generous spaces for relaxation and entertaining directly across from the Gulf. Perfect for savoring breathtaking sunrises and sunsets with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. There is a large carport area perfect for entertaining or holding events.

    Sleeping Arrangements:
    First Floor: There are 5 bedrooms on the first floor. Master bedroom suite with Queen bed and adjoining private full bath. Guest bedroom #1 with Queen bed, Guest bedroom #2 with Queen bed facing the Gulf. Shared full bathroom with tub/shower. Guest bedroom #3 with Queen and Single bed. Guest bedroom #4 with Queen bed facing the Gulf. Shared full bathroom with tub/shower.
    Second Floor: Large family room with TV and games, includes a daybed with pull out trundle bed. Guest bedroom #5 with Queen and Single bed, shared full bathroom off of hallway.

    Family-Friendly Amenities:
    Ideal for families, the home comes stocked with kid-friendly amenities, includes a beach cart, chairs, umbrella. Beach Cruiser Bikes for Rent.

    Local Attractions:
    Without ever leaving the island, you will find a wide range of activities to fulfill your days and nights. This home is centrally located, so you can drive to the pier and beaches within a few minutes. For a day of adventure, Juana’s offers bodyboarding, personal watercraft, bike, and boat rentals. Navarre is a short drive, only 2 miles away, and offers shopping and dining.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was great, excellent location - right across from beach. Appreciated the small things, plenty of dishwasher pods, plastic wrap, and cleaning stuff in bathrooms. It is an older home but excellent room and people, the rental company was very responsive - best I have dealt with A+. I will definitely use Navarre Sands Rentals again.

Had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for my family and the elevator was a major plus for my elderly parents! Beautiful location and home. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect home for our big family. We even had room to spare. Kitchen was equipped well, plenty of towels lots of beach toys and chairs, puzzles and games. Two refrigerators! We hope to book it again. Also it’s the perfect place on the island if you’re ok with walking across the street to the beach. It has beach access right across.

The place was great. Just as described. Great place for our large crew. Everyone was able to spreadout but all still together. Very homey feeling. We have stayed many places and by far this one is at the top of our favorites. Didn't feel staged, very homey. Kids loved all the extra things in the closet for the beach. As parents we appreciated it, even though we took our own things but it was great to change it up for the kids. For sure recommend for others!!

Had my whole family together and everyone loved our vacation. Perfect location, hassle free accommodations and the property was exceptional!! Most responsive management company I have ever seen!!

Great place! We will definitely go again! There was plenty of room and being right across from the beach access was perfect! Being able to see the ocean and the sound, particularly at sunset was an added bonus. Plenty of towels and toys and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and we cooked every night! Everyone agreed it was perfect!

This is a beautiful home directly across from Beach access which was so convenient. We have no complaints 1s t day we had a minor elevator issue and maintenance was there in less than an hout to make sure was taken care of the maintenance guy was very friendly and helpful as well as t he rental manager.we will be back agian!!!

The location was wonderful and right across the street to public access. The beach was never overly crowded and the outdoor shower was so helpful. The rooms were good sized and even were pretty sound proof. The elevator was so wonderful for our older family members who struggle with stairs. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals for the group. The second fridge was great to store drinks and snacks. The beach towels and chairs were very helpful and in good shape. We would absolutely love to come spend our next spring break at Mainsail!
