Florida's magical sunsets can be captured from this 12th floor 3Br/3Ba condo that sleeps 8. It's contemporary décor and huge windows throughout embrace the views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound.
Here are the many features of this fabulous condo:
• Carefree check in so that you go right to this home
• Two Parking Spots available
• Located on the 12th floor
• Large covered balcony equipped with plenty of seating
• Living room has a plenty of seating so that you can watch the 55” TV
• Fully equipped Kitchen with blender, coffeemaker, toaster and more!
• Master Bedroom has a comfortable King bed and a 55” TV
• Master Bath has a double vanity, a jetted tub and a glass enclosed walk-in shower
• 2nd Bedroom also has a comfortable Queen bed as well as a 46 inch SMART TV
• The 2nd bath has large walk in shower
• 3rd Bedroom has two Full beds and a 46” TV
• The 3rd bath has a combination tub/shower
• There is wireless internet access throughout the residence
• There is a full-size washer and dryer located in the unit
Beach Colony is Navarre's newest high rise and offers so many amenities to keep your group active, including an Olympic size swimming pool, clay tennis courts, pickle ball courts (these are the shorter version of tennis, up with the tennis courts), shuffleboard, fitness room, wireless internet and basic cable. There is even a social area with a full kitchen, in case you need it and barbecue pit for charcoal grilling. This gated entrance development also has covered parking.
**You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

The condo was well stocked, the pans stuck a bit for cooking eggs but there were plenty of dishes and silverware. There was sand on the floor as other reviews have mentioned but it is the beach so kind of expected. Wonderful views!!!! Off the balcony and the kitchen window where you can see perfectly for sunset. Very nice beds and furniture. Huge TVs. We stayed unknowingly during construction on the building which was very loud and disruptive to our children’s naps and when we brought this to the attention of the property manager, they quickly allowed us to move into a different condo in the other building. A for customer service!! Overall the condo is very nice and well stocked and the pictures are accurate.

Repairs on property, 9:00 am men climbing over the 12th floor balcony and jack hammering ruined what was to be a peaceful vaction, One of the reasons for the 12th floor was to be able to use the balcony and look out over the water. Booking agent blames HOA, HOA blames Owner. Would CHECK with BEACH COLONY HOA before booking and then HOPE for the best if you plan to stay here anything in late 2025 early 2026. The noise was so loud you could not talk across the room. When they were working on the 7th floor you could still hear the nosie and feel the jack hammers.

Overall a great location! Our only complaint was the smell. It was very musty and smelled like mildew that we had to go buy candles to drown it out.

Beautiful Condo, Amazing View and Pool.

Wonderful Vacation with Daughter and Grandkids. This Condo accomodated us all. Great amenities. Close to Everything between Destin and Pensacola.

Disappointed

We have stayed at another until before in the same building so I was familiar with the location. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the cleanliness of this unit. It definitely needs a deep cleaning. The doors, baseboards, ceiling fans, light switches, and oven were all stained and dirty. I was skeptical about the cleanliness of the sheets so washed them myself. When I used the dryer, the dryer trap was completely full of thick lint as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. One of the back bedrooms had a stained mattress. The blankets were thin and there was not enough extra bedding options for guests. In the pictures, the unit looked nice, but staying there you notice the little details. Another thing, I have never stayed at a VRBO that did not offer simple amenities such as toilet paper. Will not stay there again.

The balcony was fabulous. Would have liked a better coffee pot. I had to reheat in the microwave to get it hot. Not enough silverware, we ran out regularly. Great location. We were given 2 beach chairs for 2 days and on the 3rd day they said our unit didn’t have any. $45 a day for a chair is a bit much.

Heavenly Navarre

Anyone who has visited Navarre knows why it is so special, and why they go there: spectacular water, small crowds, and an abundance of natural beauty. So where we all stay is the only question. And since Navarre has several condos with similar features, chances are we enjoy our stay no matter what. This condo has everything one could want in a Navarre condo: a great balcony offering beach and sound views - plus a breeze no matter the wind direction, cold air conditioning, comfy beds, nighttime peace and quiet, a great pool, immediate beach access … . We cooked several meals and the kitchen was perfectly functional, with nice pot and pan options (just remember to bring spices and whatnot). We used the small gym and had a nice mid-week workout. And we spent hours in the water. A perfect long weekend in a well-apportioned and cared for condo.

Knocked it out of the park!

My husband and I were very pleased with the condo itself, the views, and the beach access! We had our kids ranging from 16-24 with us. We all had plenty of room and lots of laughs. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean upon our arrival. The location, in relation to the bridge, for grocery shopping was perfect. There were three elevators and one was temporarily out of service which is slightly inconvenient during a busy summer season. But that wouldn’t keep us from returning. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family, and we also hope to return again ourselves.

Family Vaca

My husband and I took 2 grown kids (2 spouses) and 3 toddler grand babies. We go to Navarre every year. Your condo was very nice and perfect size for us. But there was food under the couch, and under the end table, that one of our toddler grandchildren found and put in his mouth. Also, they were no extra trash bags no extra paper towels or toilet paper. Although we always go to the store, we never plan on having to buy paper goods. As an owner of VRBO properties in a different state I always want my customers to feel at home and not stress or worry over some small issues. The only other issue I had was we did arrive early and it was in a thunderstorm. I did go upstairs to see if possibly the condo was ready the cleaning people were getting ready to leave.. when I asked if we could possibly come in early because we had small children and a thunderstorm going on whom ever the older lady was said “that’s not my problem, it’s not check in time”. I also understand she has a job to do but I would not expect that a little bit early in the situation would be that big of a deal since the condo was clean. Overall, we enjoyed the condo very much. We love the pool, and we absolutely love Navarre and the beaches. The owner was excellent about Letting me reschedule my dates and did make an attempt to try to get us in the condo a little early. I would recommend this condo and I would probably love to go back.

definitely worth the trip

the room was wonderful. spacious, plenty of bathrooms, beautiful views, quiet surroundings, helpful staff & great proximity to restaurants, peir, and beach. they supplied beach toys, 2 chairs, & a few towels. fully stocked utensils & appliances in kitchen. overall 15/10!
