Completely reimagined from top to bottom, this stunning 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom private beach home is designed for ultimate relaxation and unforgettable memories.
Breathtaking Views & Open-Concept Living
A wall of windows on the main floor brings the breathtaking emerald waters of the Gulf right into your living space, creating a seamless connection between indoors and out. The open-concept layout ensures your group can be together—whether playing games, preparing meals, reading, working at one of two desks, or simply lounging while watching TV. Keep an eye out for dolphins splashing just beyond the waves!
The unique floor plan places bedrooms and bathrooms at opposite ends of the house for added privacy—no carpeting anywhere! Two king-sized bedrooms, including one with a brand-new ensuite bath featuring a walk-in shower and double sinks, are on one side, along with a double twin bedroom and a second full bathroom. On the other side, you'll find another king-sized bedroom and a double twin bedroom, along with an additional full bath.
All bedrooms include flat-screen TVs, and the home is WiFi-equipped for your convenience.
Spacious Chef’s Kitchen & Dining Areas
Designed for multiple chefs, the huge, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing anything from snacks to full-course meals. The breakfast bar seats six, while the dining table comfortably accommodates eight—plenty of space for shared meals and lively conversations.
Bonus Loft with Spectacular Gulf Views
Up the spiral staircase, a bonus loft area awaits with built-in couches, two walls of windows, and a private deck with endless Gulf views. This cozy space is perfect for reading, watching TV, playing games, or serving as a kids’ hangout. It can even accommodate extra sleeping space for little ones.

Step out onto the expansive Gulf-front deck, where brand-new outdoor furniture invites you to dine, lounge, and take in the mesmerizing views. Fire up the gas grill for a delicious beachfront cookout!
Down below, you'll find a shady retreat to sort your seashells, a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and ample parking for up to six vehicles.
Pet-Friendly Getaway
Your small pup is welcome to join the fun with owner’s approval! A $200 pet fee per pup applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed (sorry, no cats). Please note: Dogs are not permitted on the Gulf Beach.

We really enjoyed this beach house. Easy walk to the beach. The living room and back deck views of the Gulf were amazing. Nice size kitchen. Not close to a condo or hotel which means the beach didn’t have a lot of people. Our stay was the last week in August.

Spring break

The house was perfect for our group of 8, steps to the beach and convenient to most anything. The big kids enjoyed the loft area and the house was impeccably clean! Would definitely stay again

Wonderful "Vaycay"!

What a wonderful house! I live very close to Navarre Beach and invited some friends (from various parts of the US) to be here on the Gulf Coast for 4 days. We all agreed that the house was one of the nicer ones we've ever stayed in - really well equipped kitchen, unusually nice decor, beach chairs provided and toiletries in each bathroom! The management team was so great to work with as well. Have recommended this house to several other friends as the one they should rent when coming to this area!!

Wonderful beach house

We loved the location. Love that all living areas are on the same floor because of the danger of stairs with small children. Comfortable beds. Wonderful view. Clean. Nice amenities in the kitchen.

Definately on our repeat vacation list!

This 5bed, 3Bath house with Upstairs Lookout Room, right on the beach, was very comfortable for our family! The Grandchidren swam everyday and the pier wasn't far for fishing. We will go back!

Bottom of the List

The property was as described in the listing but check in was at 4 and we were not allowed to get checked in to condo until well after 4. Which was disappointing since we had driven 12 hours to get there. They blamed it on cleaning the property but we walked into our room and there was a smell and there was still dried vomit on the pillows….. along with hair all over the floor in the bathroom. Not very clean in our opinion. There was several other small things that we were some what disappointed in but it was a condo at the beach so we just made the best of it. We have been to Navarre twice now and have stayed in numerous condos in Florida. Unfortunately- This did happen to be the bottom of the list stay wise.

Amazing View, on beach, Family retreat for wedding

Perfect view and beach access, easy to get to, groceries close by. Photographer @kaylajordynphotography (kaylajordynphotography.com) was incredible at making our daughter’s wedding photos look like a magazine shoot! Can’t say enough about the amazing flavors produced for dinner and appetizers by chef Shaun @chefshaun6412 (chefshaunmichael.com) who catered a to die for dinner (and he did the shopping, prep work and cleaned the kitchen up before leaving!). Definitely recommend this place. Deck has ample gathering space.

Perfect beach house

Perfect beach house for a group. We had a group of six adults, and was able to have a bathroom for each couple. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed for all our delicious fresh seafood feasts.

Through the years we have stayed at many different beach houses. This is the first time we felt we had stayed at a beach HOME. We were all very comfy and felt very much at home. The beach was never crowded and the weather was perfect!

Beach House

Check in/out was quick & easy. The house was gorgeous & had more than enough bedrooms/bathrooms. The view was spectacular! We just had a day & a half on the beach because of rain, but we enjoyed every minute of it!! Such a relaxing vacation!!

Beautiful!

The beach house was wonderful, especially recommend with young kids. We have 3, ages 6,3,&1, it was so nice to just walk down stairs and out to the beach! The house has anything you would need. Hope to be back!

Nice home on the beach. Had everything you’d ever need in the kitchen (I mention this because we brought our own pots & pans that we figured we’d need to accommodate our family’s cooking habits). We had a few days of nice weather & a few rainy & cold ones, but all-in-all, it was great. Already looking for another time to come back.
