Built-in poolside posts are anchors for umbrellas and the provided volleyball net, which offers more fun in the sun. The large fenced yard also features a gas grill with an outdoor dining table - a lovely perch for poolside cookouts. Afterward, kick back and relax on the patio's covered seating. Other perks of this little oasis include an indoor/outdoor ping-pong table and two outdoor showers with hot and cold water.



    Welcome to an Ideal Location! Only 300 steps to the intercostal private gated dock with fishing station, and 800 steps to the beach! 10 minute walk to restaurants including Juana Pagodas, AndyD's, and Florida's largest pier! This house also has the most beautiful large private pool in Navarre Beach barrier island for your personal enjoyment! BBQ while watching the kids play. Or swim up to the in-pool bar and have a seat!



    Inside, prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen that features stainless steel appliances. The kitchen bar offers seating for two, while an adjacent dining table seats six. Watch favorite TV shows on any of the home's six TVs (including one in each bedroom). Ceiling fans are located throughout. Board games, books, and cards provide fun for all ages.



    Don't miss out on the beautiful sunrises and sunsets during your stay! Enjoy them from the comfort of the home's two balconies - one of which is located off the living area and one private to the top-floor bedroom.



    Launch your boat at the nearby public ramp and dock it at the private boat slip located just a few steps from the home. A dedicated walkway offers convenient, quick access to the Gulf and beaches, while a community pool provides more space to bask in the Florida rays. Paddleboards, kayaks, and mopeds are available for rent right behind the property.



    Grab one of the provided beach chairs and head over the beach or the Santa Rosa Sound, where you can soak up the sun and relax.

The location is perfect, the pool is great, the beds are incredibly comfortable. Portable TV was a great touch, too. Overall, our stay was great.The issues we encountered were relatively minor, and the ones we reached out about were addressed pretty quickly. But we arrived at the house and the bistro lights had fallen off of the home and were laying on the ground. So hanging by the pool that 1st night lacked the ambience we were hoping for. This was fixed the next day.Also upon arrival, the pool was pretty dirty (including a dead frog & lizard). There's a sign inside the home that says the pool gets cleaned every Friday (we got there Thurs), so makes sense that the pool was kinda dirty. Nonetheless, we opted out of swimming that 1st night, and it was cleaned by the next morning.The grill was out of propane. Luckily we checked it before we were going to grill out and ran out to get it filled. They said I’d be reimbursed.Inside, we left a new box of donuts on the kitchen counter, only to find it covered in ants about an hour later. From then on we stored our food in the oven and/or microwave. No problems w/ ants after that.I hate that this review sounds so critical, bc we really did have a great time. But I wanted to be helpful to future renters. I feel like most of these issues could’ve been avoided had someone done a walk-through a few hours before we got there (esp considering the management company is literally a 3-minute walk from the property).

Neighborhood is amazing. We chose this house for the pool and the pool was fantastic. House’s living quarters are way too small for the amount of people allowed to stay. A dated home is fine with us, but this one needs some love. Cleanliness was not great either. The main floor bathroom had mold on ceiling and smells very unpleasant no matter what. Pool cleaner came on Friday and we weren’t able to swim for 24hrs. Glad we had one more day after that or that would have been horrible timing. Navarre itself and the village is wonderful!

Would absolutely stay here again. Pool was amazing! Everything you could need for the beach!! It is just 800 easy steps to the beach. Everything you need for preparing meals. Clean. Being a rental there were some minor concerns, previous wear and tear... my only complaint and suggestion would be venting in mb upstairs, it is incredibly humid and stuffy. Lastly we were all able to do the steps but there are steps everywhere.

Great pool!

We had a wonderful 4 days here. Enjoyed the pool and Navarre beach so much. This sweet home is dated and a bit beat up. It is begging for an upgrade. There were 10 of us sharing 2 sm bathrooms. However… fun was had by all! No regrets on this trip.

Perfect location and awesome pool!

We really enjoyed our stay and had a great trip! The location of the house was perfect with the bay and beach access was easy just across the street. We enjoyed fishing off of the dock in the bay. Communication was quick and easy with the management team. There were some issues with the house and furniture was a little run down but it didn’t bother us and we would definitely rent again. There was also plenty of room for our 12 guests and they had lots of pool and beach equipment to use! I would certainly recommend it!

Great pool, But.....Nasty Floors,counters

We arrived late on the 11th about 6pm and could not get in, it was over 100 and I had a 90-year-old and 77 yr. in the heat for well over an hour before getting a new code to get us in the house. Next, we could not get the tv to work in any room, and again when I contacted c/s for the 3rd time I was told the tv guy or people will contact us directly, but no one ever came. My husband figured it out, or the office turned on the wifi?? Then the pool guy shows up on the 2 or 3rd day and puts heavy chemicals in the pool and tells us we cant get in for 24-48 hours???WTH?? It's over 100 degrees, why did they not wait till first thing in nthe morning? Late in the afternoon, after everyone is fried, We planned a pool bbq for that day! Thanks, your pool guy did this twice in the 10 days we were there, Did I mention that upon finally getting in and my grandfather spilled somewater on the floor in the kitchen and when my ma in law wiped it up her rag was black!! So nasty!! My mom in law washed the kitchen floor that night, she said she could not stand it. Everyone wore socks in the house, due to black feet!! Very disappointing, and no Blankets on beds, sand in the master bed in the sheets the 1st night, master bed would fall if you roll around too much, then have to wake someone else up to help fix it in the middle of the night! The Pool when we could get in it was the saving grace for us!! Without that pool, we probably would have cancelled everything. I dont know if we will ever trust r

Property needs attention

Numbers on the keyless entry lock stuck, which made entry difficult. The pool was half full when we arrived; TV’s & x-boxes did not work properly. Opening the garage doors the entire stay was never achieved the entire stay. I called the ‘local’ number on a Sunday for help. It was July 4th weekend, I never received a call back. I personally went to the office when they opened on Wednesday. They were very nice and attentive. This property didn’t develop these problems just before my arrival, they were ongoing issues.

Wonderful stay

This house has everything you need to keep you busy. All of the beach and pool accessories you would need. No need to bring beach buggy, chairs or sand toys, all are provided. Along with floats for the pool. There are board games as well as an Xbox inside. All you need to bring are clothes and food! Three families with kids on this trip and everyone was pleased. We had no need to contact property manger.

I paid quite an additional to have the pool heated and it was not.Nice house and location

I paid an additional money per day to have the pool heated. It was warm the first day then got colder each day. It was too cold to use by the 20th. I would like a refund of the money I paid because services were not supplied! There was an air conditioner hanging by one hook off the wall when we got there. I notified the office and it was never repaired.

Very nice, clean, loaded with all you need to enjoy a great beach vacation. Kids loved the boogie boards, sand toys and bikes. We all loved the pier. Saw dolphins, pelicans and Herrens. Nice clean beautiful pool. Quiet community. Grilling area was great. Would recommend. Stayed 2 Weeks and weather perfect!!!!!🏖

Quiet Getaway

My best friend and I stayed and brought our families. My kids are grown and his are toddlers. This property is nice because it feels less like a “weekly rental” and more like you’re a resident in this neighborhood. The beach is a little further walk than I wish, and quite busy due to the condos in the area, but the pool was great just to take the kids for a quick swim. The sound access was especially nice since the Gulf seemed pretty angry the week we stayed. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We had a great time and the location was perfect. We were able to walk across the street with easy access to the beach. There were several things that needed maintenance like the bicycles were not in working order, the refrigerator in the garage does not work and the refrigerator upstairs had a terrible order the entire time. The house was very roomy and there was plenty of room for our families.

Perfect house for families who love the outdoors

We had a wonderful time again at this property. The house was built for families! We did try to contact the property manager as the rug in the living room is rolling up due to over use and humidity. My three year old caught his foot on the rolled up edges of the rug within 15 minutes and hit his head with the corner of the coffee table. There aren't any close pediatric urgent cares around the area for anyone reading this! The property manager never responded to our text message for help. Also, this is our second year staying here. If you are looking for reliable wifi... this is not your house. If your kids like to play on their gaming systems and need wifi, this is not your house. If you plan on working or taking a virtual conference call, this is not your house. Last year the property manager mentioned the wifi/internet wasn't an issue before our visit. Well a year later we still have the same issue. This definitely could be a deal breaker for coming back again next year. There were plenty of activities available in the garage for kids and adults alike. The space is great. The air upstairs is a bit warmer than the rest of the house. You will get an early sunrise wakeup call if you wake up easily from the light outside :) after year two we feel like the house is kinda part of our family now. We hope the internet can be fixed and please get rid of the rug... Oh and our puppy loved staying too!!

Fantastic property for a family.

This spacious property was perfect for our extended family of 7. The downstairs room was great for all the kids. The deck was nice to sit and drink coffee on in the morning. There was outdoor speakers downstairs by the grille controlled by the inside radio. There was board games and playing cards available for a family game night. The garage was stocked with bicycles, beach toys chairs and umbrellas. The only thing that would have been nice to have was a small toolkit as some of the bikes needed a little tuning for be operational. Also if there were trash bags and more than 1 kitchen hand towell. The cabinet door below the sink needs repaired as it doesn’t stay closed. These items are very minimal and didn’t hamper our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
