This cozy 4 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath Gulf-front beach home sleeps 12, and is located on the white sand beaches of Navarre Beach
Enjoy unending Gulf views from the coastal cottage style living room and two of the bedrooms. Have a family meal around the large farmhouse style dining table or outside on the rear deck. The partially covered deck is the best place to hear the waves breaking and enjoy a drink. At the end of a sun-soaked day on the beach, there's entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs in every room, and a SONOS sound system with speakers throughout the house and also on the deck (download app to a device and play your own music from your phone or iPad).

Beautiful views. Wonderful having a full bath for every bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and open to the living room. Other than the upper bunk that got overlooked the house was very clean. Owner was very responsive to one minor issue. Nice to have plenty of parking. Didn’t matter to me but if you like being able to walk to restaurants and shops this is not the house for you. My group was very happy with this choice.

Footprints In The Sand is outstanding! All photos and information is spot on with the house. 4 bedrooms with bathrooms was perfect for our group. The location is great - the view is awesome! In addition, there’s a giant ice maker for drinks and ice chests! We will return!

Best Friends Vacation

We had an amazing stay! The place was fabulous with private bathrooms in each bedroom.. the pack n plays fit perfectly in the closets so for little kid parents that was a big perk!! The house was stocked with beach toys and amenities. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect House

This house was perfect! Condition: The house was very clean. It was well updated (inside and out) and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen: The kitchen was very well stocked. Lots of pots/pans, a crock pot, cutting boards, spatulas. Everything you need for preparing meals for the week. The ice machine was an awesome addition! It saved us on having to run out to get ice all the time. Beach Access: Just a few steps from the deck and you had your own beach area. During our stay, no one was on either side. One note - due to the dune you can't see the beach directly in front of the house. You can see the ocean no problem, just if you went up to the house, you couldn't see the kids still on the beach. Linens: Loved the extra blankets! Each room had extra blankets that came in handy. Plenty of towels. So many rentals end up not having enough towels (bath and kitchen). No one had to fight over towels as there were plenty. There was even beach towels! Extras: Lots of beach toys (we left ours as well), a beach cart, boogie boards. A nice outside shower to rince the sand off. This was a wonderful house directly on the beach and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation. Would love to stay again.

Precious Memories Made

We had 10 family members for 4 days. The house was beautifully designed and decorated. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and we had such a great time at the beach. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We are looking for our next opportunity to go back! Also, Michelle was awesome!

Absolutely Stunning Home

The design and decor are high end all the way. Clearly a lot of thought was put into the details, as well. We slept 10 and all 10 dined together at the kitchen table; 3 couples, 3 kids, one more adult. The kitchen is huge and allowed for several cooks to be in the kitchen. We cooked large meals each morning and night. Music played on the surround sound almost entire visit. The parking below was spacious and a great additional area for the kids to play. Super short sand walkway to the water. Short driving shot to restaurants and fishing pier. I can’t imagine our vacation being any more perfect due to the house and location for our 7-day stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Great house and location. Would have been nice to have a couple of comfortable rockers on the back porch for reading. A mat or walkway over the dunes would be nice. Otherwise a fantastic property. We will be back!

Family Beach Trip

Property was great! Loved that all the rooms and living areas was on one floor. Views were amazing! Weather was bad to be on the beach to swim. Double red flags the whole time. But directly across the street was like an oasis on the bay that no one knew about. The house was in perfect location to everything! The owner answered any questions we had within minutes! Highly recommend!

Paradise on the Beach

The house was beautiful decorated and perfect for our group! Super quiet and safe neighborhood. Stunning views, short drive to some great restaurants, the beach was so clean and uncrowded. Love, love this house! 🌷🏄‍♂️👙
