  • ** Servicio de silla de playa proporcionado de marzo a octubre - 2 sillas y sombrilla **

    Esta es la Unidad de Torres de Navarra 102.  Este es básicamente un nuevo condominio con una renovación completa y una decoración profesional.  El diseño es excelente, el dormitorio principal es una cama de matrimonio con baño completo (renovado). El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y sofá cama / sofá cama doble, adicionalmente tenemos un sofá cama doble para que el apartamento duerma cómodamente 6.   Este condominio está bajo una nueva propiedad y antes de que la unidad se colocara en el mercado de alquiler, se contrató a un contratista y decorador profesional para que este sea el mejor condominio del edificio.  

    ¡El acceso a la playa es increíble! Sales por las puertas correderas hacia el balcón y luego hay unos pocos pasos a través de la zona cubierta de hierba hasta la playa que te lleva directamente a la arena.  Navarre Towers está lleno de excelentes comodidades.  Por favor, eche un vistazo a las imágenes.  Usted tiene una piscina muy grande, canchas de tenis, cancha de básquetbol y un gimnasio.  Además, en el área de la piscina es un área de parrilla común para su uso. Navarre Towers tiene una gran tradición como un complejo de condominios muy bien mantenido y familiar y estamos orgullosos de ofrecer esta hermosa unidad para el viajero exigente.

    La ocupación máxima para esta unidad es 6 y el requisito de edad mínima es 25.  El condominio está completamente equipado y totalmente amueblado, debe tener todo lo que necesita para unas maravillosas vacaciones.  El propietario ha actualizado el wifi y proporcionamos acceso wifi gratuito a nuestros huéspedes.  Este es el condominio 2br que ha estado buscando y no habrá decepciones con la decisión de reservar esta unidad.   Este condominio se venderá rápidamente así que no dude en reservar!

Met all expectations and true to listing. You can't see the beach due to the sand dune but the view is nice and it's very convenient for loading/unloading and getting to the beach.

Absolutely wonderful!! This condo was perfect for every reason. The access to and from the parking lot and or the pool and beach are all equally as quick and easy. This bottom floor unit has a large shaded porch with a beautiful front view of the beach. The condo is so cute and cozy offering everything you could possibly need. This will be my go to for future bookings in Navarre. Thank you for a wonderful vacay!

Nice, but the washing machine was full of gunk and every time you washed clothes black gunk got all over them. Also, washing machine broke, pump went out so we needed more clean towels, but could not get any till the next day. The next day came and never got clean towels had to wait on washer to be fixed to wash. Bathtub was stopped up and had to buy drain O to try to unstop it but didn’t work. Had a toilet leak and had to wait on plumber to fix it.

Perfect location and very clean!

We chose this condo because of the reviews of cleanliness and also being bottom level. The ease of getting to and from the beach was perfect. The kids could come and go. Not to mention being able to utilize the grassy area for football and baseball throwing. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful

This is a stunning condo located on Navarre beach. The condo is stunning. We loved everything about it. It is very clean and well maintained. Check in and check out was incredibly easy. We loved being on the first floor. You can be out to the beach and relaxing in a matter of seconds. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo Beautiful beach

This unit at Navarre Towers is beautiful and comfortable. Perfect location on Navarre beach. The kitchen had all we needed and had both a Keurig and a pot type coffee maker. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Communicating with Debi at Gulf Coast Getaway was easy most efficient, she keep us updated and informed on everything. We had absolutely no issues and enjoyed our stay here.

Navarre Towers

All the codes! Entrance gate and codes were not correct for perspective areas. Property manager claims "the property changed them at the last minute" but clearly they were labeled (assigned to wrong areas)! Frustrating when you are on vacation and 4 codes have to be used to move about!

The actual location and interior of the unit was great! We loved being on the first floor and having the ocean so close. The location for unloading and loading belongings is also fantastic. Things we didn't love (and we are serial VRBO customers):Communication with property manager was just okay. Responses were typically short and didn't come across as warm/friendly. Also, we checked out a day early and got zero response to our text alerting them of that or that the keypad was acting up. Is there toilet paper less than 1ply? If so, we found it in this unit. Also, the towels were very cheap and thin (think 1 star hotel). Bring everything you think you'll need from home. I had read they don't supply any spices, but they do advertise a fully stocked kitchen. Zero tin foil or storage bags. Dull knives. Their "what to bring" list is not complete. If there is a way to filter priorities to only show owner operated units, I'll be doing that from now on. It's so much more of a personal feel when the people who own actually operate.

Mia-advertised and swindled by gulf coast getaways

The property is nice, the location is great. First floor Gulf of Mexico it is beautiful. I am very upset because I booked this apartment as it was listed with a Heated pool in the Amenities . I confirmed this on the phone with Debi from gulf coast getaways before adding extra days to my trip!!! She reconfirmed. We arrived and the pool wasn’t heated at all. We called Debi to which she replied she would check. 2 days later she finally gets back to us- tells us the pool is heated “seasonally”. Well 40 degrees in November seems like seasonally!! But they should never have advertised it as heated and confirmed it to us as clients. They did nothing to remedy the situation we are still waiting on a call from The owners. The apartment would be better off not being represented by gulf Coast getaways with their misinformation, dishonest answers, cheap towels, moldy shower and lack of sponges bc they are too tight. Maybe they could try Navarre Properties

Pretty but not super functional

This place was very nice in terms of location and decor. You can tell they put a lot of emphasis on making the condo look nice. Where it falls short is on functionality. There is basically no lighting in the primary bath, and the shower only has a hand held that is impossible to get to the right temperature. I tried switching to the hall bath one day but the water pressure from that shower head was unbearable. The kitchen is also extremely lacking in the things you need to actually cook. We had to buy salt and pepper, and there was one garbage bag for the trash can. Also, the ice machine in the fridge would not spit out ice; you had to open the freezer door and scoop it out. Two beach chairs were included which is really convenient, however most chairs are reserved for owners so you have to go out super early and grab some or be stuck on the second row. The beds were super comfy, and overall it was very quiet in the unit. Overall, we had a good experience staying here, but they need to step up their game on some additional amenities for the kitchen and maybe consider new shower heads for both baths.
