Enjoy breathtaking views of the Intracoastal Waterway from the balcony of this relaxing 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo on beautiful Navarre Beach, FL. This condo is tastefully decorated with a beachy flare and offers plenty of comfortable sleeping for up to 6 people. The master bedroom offers 1 Queen with a private ensuite bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. It also has a flat screen TV with a BluRay player. The other two bedrooms have1 queen bed that is located close to the hall bathroom and 1 King bed with a private entrance to a half bath that opens to the shared shower/tub combo in the hall bathroom.

The spacious living room has a very comfortable "L" shaped sofa that overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway and is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views or snuggle up with a good book. It's also a great place to turn on your favorite show on the large flat screen TV with DVD player. Step out onto the balcony and take in the incredible views of the water. It's so serene you may never want to leave.

Next to the living room is the kitchen table and it seats 4 with ease. There are 2 extra bar stools in the kitchen area. The kitchen comes well equipped with everything you'd need to cook your favorite meals or to pack up picnic lunches for the beach.

This condo is situated in a small community that offers a community pool and grills. Just steps to the white sands and emerald green waters, this condo is the perfect beach getaway for anyone!

This unit is located on the third floor of the complex and there are no elevators available to use.

The home was clean. The sunsets were beautiful. Short walk to the gulf and the bay view was beautiful to wake up to every morning.

We didn't have access to the beach that was in the photo. The pool was not clean and the women's restroom was absolutely discussing!!! No locks on the sliding doors to the outside, using prop sticks to keep them locked. I will never rebook this condo.

Peaceful escape to Navarre

The property is wonderful and is accurately portrayed in listing. There is construction happening outside in the view and sound range of the balcony (not the property’s fault!) but it will probably be there for a while. I only wish check out was an hour later and check-in was a bit earlier (though the unit was ready before 5). I understand they want the time to wash linens and clean the property in preparation for new arrivals. We would reserve it again! Thanks for a nice vacation!

Spring Break ‘24

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The layout was great and there was plenty of space for our family of 6. Having 2 showers and 3 separate toilets was so convenient! It’s about an 8 minute walk door to toes in the sand, and not crowded at all! The view of the sound, especially at sunset was incredible (though it would appear the land next door is being prepped for new construction, so hopefully it doesn’t take away from it!) The property management was very communicative from the beginning, and check in was easy peasy! They even gave us a welcome gift! We truly enjoyed our vacation at sunset harbor and would recommend it to any family!

Very comfortable condo. Furnished nicely. All the comforts of home. View of the sunset each evening was phenomenal. Easy walk to bay out the back door. Across the road was the beach. For a young person an easy walk.

Family vacation

Overall the condo was great for our needs! It was so nice finding a three bedroom with large beds. Great location for the ocean and multiple options to get in some water. The size of the living room would be my only complaint, as it is a little snug for the 6 people we had staying together.

Quick week get away

We have stayed several times at Sunset Harbors, this was the first time in this unit. Sunset Harbor does a great job keeping up the property. The condo was perfect, had all the supplies needed, very comfortable and the view of the bay from the living room and the balcony was gorgeous. We enjoy staying at Sunset Harbor because the location is at the end of Navarre Beach, which is quiet and relaxing, but also an easy drive to the pier and restaurants, plus it’s easy to get to Pensacola. Once again the condo was well equipped, quiet, clean, and neatly decorated.
