"The greatest retreat from the hectic streets of Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. After all those cities we came to this hotel in Minakami and never wanted to leave. We had the best time here. The people working at this hotel were always attentive and ready to help us with more than we could ask for and we hope to be back soon."

"Se nota que es un resort en horas bajas. Las instalaciones necesitan renovarse. Le falta bastante limpieza. No hay champú ni gel de baño en el baño de la habitación; sólo hay en los baños públicos del mismo hotel. No puedo opinar sobre la comida. El almuerzo es bastante típico japonés. Es buffet pero poca cantidad. Si no bajas a almorzar a primera hora encuentras pocas cosas para escoger. Tiene un bus que te lleva al centro de Yubatake y que pasa cada hora. El primer bus sale a las 8:00 de la mañana. El último bus del día sale alas 18:50 del hotel y te recoge a las 19:00 en Yubatake. Más tarde de esta hora hay que hacer el camino a pie, aunque no está lejos de Yubatake."
