Excellent management and Rajat front desk manager was unreal … I had a few health issues and was prescribed a medication which I would have to go to the pharmacy to get .. he was amazing got their concierge to go get me medication and told me to relax. I would def go stay there again as they seem to really care about their guests! Clean rooms, awesome staff, great food and walking distance to all the shops in sector 17. "

"Everything is great every time I come visit India for my stay here. I am a frequent traveller and specially I come every year once to India to visit friends and families. Breakfast as always is awesome and head Chef is a great person and humble and caring. All staff is well trained and Front Line staff is always accommodating with my Jet Lag to offer me extension in case of my need. I love this place for amenities and safety. "

"Being a Le Corbusier new town venue, circa 1950, it reads at first like the strip development it was designed to be, but once inside it’s a pretty sophisticated hotel. Great staff. Less pricey than the Marriott down the street and quite comfortable. It’s a favorite with locals, families and anniversary celebrants. The food is very good, the bar is open and they do great things for those who would love a cocktail. I was very happy here. "

"I had a disappointing experience at the hotel during my recent stay. Despite my Expedia confirmation clearly stating that breakfast was included, the front desk informed me otherwise and I was forced to pay extra. The room itself was far from clean—there were visible stains on the sheets and curtains, and the towels provided looked used and unwashed. The walls had noticeable dirt marks, adding to the overall feeling of neglect. This was not the quality I expected, especially given what was...
