"I rarely complain or write a negative review. This might be my 2nd or 3rd negative review ever. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where there wasn’t hot water. There was no hot water for the entire afternoon into the evening for a warm/hot shower. We let the staff know and all that we were told was, “we will check the boiler room” but nothing changed. The next morning we had warmer a decent hot water. The other thing was breakfast didn’t start until 7am. Maybe this is normal but I don’t as expecting...

"The Graveyard staff had a attitude, we book a early morning ride to the airport and the staff acted like they did not care if we miss our flight do to them not putting on the schedule the night before like we requested. The driver of the bus left us stand there and told us there was no more room. We will not be staying here again."
