"Great place to stay if going to Mayo. You don’t have to go outside to get to the buildings at Mayo with the subway level. Food is good for 2 meals a day. There’s room service & deliveries from Instacart if needed for groceries or outside food/beverage source. Personalized concierge service is good. "Everyone was great except one lady for breakfast. cleaning up early, saying people are eating out of house and home, slamming dishes so loud it hurt my ears. Completely rude and when people would come in to eat towards the end she commented to each one rudely to hurry up and she took food away. "Best breakfast provided in area. Room cleaned every other day. Great location if using Mayo hospitals. Hotel shuttle top shelf. Drivers very helpful. Work out room spotless always. Best large lobby for use to eat order out or watch tv with refreshments. Parking inside if desired. Beautiful long trail system right out door for miles. I spent 28 days while having treatments. Hotel staff top shelf."

"Were there for an appointment at Mayo Clinic. We drive, but the hotel had a shuttle to the clinic which I thought was great! Breakfast was included and free parking. On the other side of the parking lot is an Asian restaurant, and Panera Bread. Shopping nearby. It was all nice."

"Had a very comfortable room. Liked being able to park in a ramp attached to the motel since was there when there was a big thunderstorm and I have a newer car! Breakfast was great, many options and a dedicated person who kept things well stocked. When first arrived I couldn't figure out the thermostat and it was 81 in the room. "We stay here everytime we come to the Mayo. A good continental breakfast and the free shuttle service to the hospital and back helps tremendously! Clean, quiet and convenient!"
