"This is a gorgeous Art Deco small to medium hotel centrally located in Hue on the River across from the Imperial City. It oozes sophistication. The staff and amenities are excellent. Just the perfect place to stay in this lovely city."

"Well located to the old city and the market. Outside the busy tourist area - so quieter however fewer choices for eating. Staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was fine (eggs, fruit, bahn, coffee). Rooms were clean, well sized and air con worked well. No complaints at all!"

"当方が部屋タイプを間違えて予約したにもかかわらず、希望の部屋にすぐに変更してくれました。また、暑いので頻繁に冷たい水を頻繁に飲みたくなりましたが、お願いするとすぐに部屋まで氷を届けてくれました。 冷蔵庫の冷え具合が少し弱いですが、冷えないというわけでもないので氷さえ用意してもらえれば十分です。（冷蔵庫があまり冷えないというのはベトナムではこのホテルに限らず全般的なこと） レセプションもドア担当も親切でした。 窓が大きく部屋からの眺めもよい。十分な広さもありました。 新しいホテルではありませんが、老舗ホテルらしい雰囲気と新しい内装で快適でした。 王宮に近いホテルでは最も素晴らしく快適なホテルだと思います。 一番よかったのは、ホイアンまでの移動の車の手配でした。 220ベトナムドンで、ハイバン峠と五行山の立ち寄りをお願いしたところ、並行する旧道に入ってラグーンを車窓から見せてくれるなど丁寧な配慮がある親切なドライバーさんを手配してくれました。単なる単なる移動ではなく、楽しませてくれようする心遣いに感謝です。"

"We had a two night stay at the Mondial Hotel Hue. The staff were amazing. They were very welcoming and said hello everytime we saw one of them. They were very attentative as well. Our room was very good and we had a garden terrace as well, which was beautiful. We had Wi-Fi, air conditioning and the usual amenities. "

"Not what we expected from what we saw online. The room was ok but didn’t have iron/board and had a weak AC. The shower also made weird noises from the drain. Nice job decorating the hotel but will stay somewhere else next time. "

"Thank you for our stay. The location is fantastic, but a few things are worth mentioning. The buffet quality has dipped compared to previous visits and could use some attention. We also noticed the shower door was broken at the base, causing water to leak onto the floor — something worth fixing for future guests. I understand slow seasons bring challenges, but consistent quality is key to staying competitive. I hope to see these improvements on our next visit."

"This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, there was a strong musty smell that made the room feel uncomfortable. The worst part was the bed, the bedsheets had a lot of ants, which was really disturbing. I couldn’t stay in those conditions and had to leave just 2 hours after checking in."
