"This was a great hotel stay! The breakfast was fabulous, I appreciated turkey sausage served instead of pork. The library/business room was equipped with a large round table where I was able to get some work done on my laptop. A staff member closed the sliding doors to reduce the amount of noise so I could concentrate. I sincerely appreciated that! If I am in Lubbock again I will definitely stay here again."

"Staff and property were amazing. Beds were comfortable although the comforters were a little warm. We got the last double queen room and it turned out to be accessible one. Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE. "Very clean hotel with attentive staff. Parking was a bit tight, but okay. All rooms seemed to be on the 2nd and 3rd floors with the reception desk and breakfast area on the first floor. Beds were comfortable, linens nice. Rooms had carpet."

"The room was clean, and staff was helpful. I found it strange that the front desk had restrictions on the TVs volume. Remote would not work or couldn’t be adjusted without their assistance. The coffee maker in the room and refrigerator did not work properly. The refrigerator froze everything, when adjusted it was either to warm or way to cold.
