The Space
Step into PK's Stargazer Retreat, a warm and welcoming three-story mountain home perched on a scenic plateau with unforgettable 360° mountain views, a fenced yard, a peaceful creek trail, and truly incredible night skies. The property sits within a Dark Sky community, near Browns Canyon National Monument which is an officially designated International Dark Sky Park, known for some of the clearest, most naturally dark skies in Colorado. On clear nights the sky becomes a blanket of stars with the Milky Way visible to the naked eye and viewable from any of the numerous patios or the private hot tub.

Conveniently situated between Buena Vista and Salida and just minutes from Mt. Princeton Hot Springs, this home offers comfort, privacy, and plenty of space for families, couples, and groups looking to relax and reconnect. After a day of hiking 14-ers, mountain biking, rafting, or skiing Monarch Mountain, return to the panoramic alpine views for wildlife watching (hummingbirds, deer, elk, turkeys, and resident owls), and relaxing evenings under the stars.

Although PK's provides privacy and seclusion, you'll be conveniently located midway between Buena Vista and Salida; close to everything the area has to offer: such as world class white-water rafting, mountain bike and hiking trails, OHV opportunities, and skiing / snowboarding, just to name a few.

•For guest safety, the property has exterior-only security cameras monitoring the driveway and entryways.
•There are no cameras in any private or interior spaces

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand and dish soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper, coffee filters, and laundry detergent.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24-48 hours before arrival, check-instructions will be sent to the guest.

**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's anywhere on the property, unapproved over-occupancy or pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund, 15 to 29 days prior to reservation 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.**
