"I will NEVER book a room with this hotel or any other hotel with Expedia. I made a mistake with the dates on my reservation and went back into the system to change it in less than five minutes. I needed the following weekend, but unfortunately the hotel did not have any rooms available that weekend. So I went to cancel my reservation through Expedia - all within 10 minutes of making my initial reservation - and I got a note back from them saying that they would try to get a partial refund of...

"Only body towels in bathroom. No hand towels. Tub was very slippery with nothing available to avoid slipping and falling. Television didn’t work."

"Meh. This property needs some love. Worn carpets, front door on the fritz, leaky ceiling in the breakfast area, broken Nespresso machine, ice maker not working. The buffet was pretty sad - lukewarm coffee, waffles that were barely edible, and just generally not worth the price. I’ve stayed at the other AC Mariott in Somerville and it was MUCH better. Likely won’t book again. On the upside, it’s located next to a lovely walking path. "

"The property is objectively beautiful. Well designed and tidy. Our room was large and comfortable. Unfortunately our room had issues with hot water - couldn’t take a shower for longer than 8 mins or so without it going cold. Happened three different times at three different times of the day. Housekeeping also entirely skipped our room one day which was a bit of a disappointment after coming back from a long day of walking and looking forward to crawling into a comfy, clean bed. "First, this is conveniently located near a T station, so easy access to downtown Boston. Second, it accommodates a family of 5 easily. Third, there is a cute grocery store within a few minutes walk, so you can buy groceries to do simple cooking in the kitchenette. This, combined with good breakfast, saves money while staying in Boston. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely a great place to stay for a family wanting to see the sights in Boston!"
