Discover SUMMER BLISS, a fabulous newly built out 4-bedroom gem in the gated community of Palm Cay in Nassau. This fully equipped end unit townhouse has an open concept ground floor layout allowing lots of natural light. This wide spacious area has the kitchen, dining and living areas. Upstairs on the 2nd level, there are 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom has a king bed, the second bedroom with queen bed and third bedroom with 2 twins share a large bathroom. On the third level sits a cozy, spacious and private 4th bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom.

Its furnishings throughout all areas are simple, contemporary and clean. In addition there is a patio on the ground floor that opens to an intimate garden and a scenic balcony off the primary bedroom. The house is perfect to share with families or friends.

Palm Cay in Nassau is situated on the southeast side of the island of New Providence. It is a large vibrant gated community with a mix of apartments, condominiums, townhouses and a marina. Starfish Isle is the name of the townhouse section by the beach. Our home is in Starfish Isle and about a one minute walk to the pool and beach. There are two rows of townhomes in Starfish Isle. The first row is on the beach, the second row where we are is immediately behind and just separated by 2 rows of parking. The beach and pool are super close, it is very convenient at a fraction of the beach side price!

Nearby is the Palm Cay Clubhouse with two additional pools, bar, gazebo and another part of the same adjoining beach. For an additional fee payable to Palm Cay, guests can enjoy their amenities (including gym), but this is not necessary for Starfish's beach and pool access. The Clubhouse also houses the Pink Octopus Restaurant, open to the public offering a varied menu. Their pizzas and burgers are especially good!

With your rental, you can enjoy tennis and pickle ball courts, miniature golf and a children's playground about a 8 minute walk away. The community is large so perfect for maintaining your exercise routine of walking and running. Be sure to the catch the scenic sunrise to the east during an early morning walk on the beach.

Sharon was an excellent host with a beautiful, spacious & comfortable condo in a secure, peaceful & relaxing community! She was very responsive. Kitchen was well stocked, ample bath & beach towels, folding beach chairs & cooler. Condo is a short walk to gorgeous sunrise white beach. Plenty of seating inside and on the two covered patios. Absolutely lovely vacation home!

Host was extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive. Great, safe and peaceful community. House had everything we needed for a vacation of 7. Highly recommend adding the extra amenities thru the palm cay clubhouse for private beach/pools and chairs.

Sharon’s home was perfect and she was the perfect host checking in and answering any questions we had. There were an abundance of towels and everything we needed for our stay. After running my bosses yacht and staying at Palm Cay. I completely fell in love with this place. Staff were friendly! And very upscale. The place is super safe. Condo was extremely nice and roomy. I will definitely be back.

We Didn’t Want To Leave!

This home is WAY better than the listing suggests. It is perfect. The home is beautiful and full of everything you can imagine. Everything is brand new. Th beach is right across the car park. Just a few steps away. Beautiful white sand and clean clear water. We didn’t try the pool but it looked good too. We used the chef one night and he was fabulous. He left enough food for 2 days for us. The resort is very quiet and we felt like the only people here sometimes. We had the huge beach to ourselves. We played pickleball and met some local people playing at the courts. That was coo and so we have made some new friends. We have no hesitation recommending this place. The owner is very communicative with rapid and helpful replies too. Love love love this place. Will be back later this year with whole family.
