Situated on the Ocean Jacaranda Bay Villa

Our villa has been recently purchased and the current owner is new to VRBO but the villa and our Property Manager is not.(excellent reviews available)

Jacaranda Bay Villa very spacious on the waterfront, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, open plan private home, with a private pool, perfect for accommodating and entertaining both family and friends. Allowing for a fantastic vacation with plenty of space, comfort, peace, privacy, casual luxury, and seclusion without ever having to leave our property.

In these COVID times we are the perfect place but as the world slowly gets back to normal great restaurants, night life, international shopping, historical sights, Atlantis and downtown are within a 5-15 minute drive and now Baha Mar water park has opened.

Perfectly situated on the northeastern side of New Providence with a magnificent sweeping view of Montagu Bay.

Our comfy accommodations, with all the amenities are ideal for an extended family gathering of up to 10 adults and four young children, a group of friends or even a small business conference.

A glimpse of a turtle, sting ray and other marine life are highly likely.

Take your choice of relaxation, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling.

The house is actually better in person than the website shows. We had the very best week ever with more than enough room for 7 family members. The pool is beautiful, the ocean and dick right out back. There was so much to do that fun at the house our kids and their families just wanted to stay home! The property manager was wonderful!!!!

The grounds were gorgeous with all the beautiful plants & the beach was footsteps away. The addition of the assortment of beach equipment was fantastic. You could not ask for a better outdoor view. We loved our stay. The house easily accommodated all 8 of us.

Amazing property!

Like other reviews state - the pictures don't do this property justice. We spent the majority of our time dining outside on the patio, enjoying the enormous deck with wonderful views, or playing on the private beach or in the water. We used both the stand up paddle boards and took the kayaks for a spin down the canal. We snorkeled and saw a stingray, starfish, sea turtle and a nice little pocket of fish by the end of the dock. The house itself had everything we needed and Gizelle was incredibly responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Best Getaway

Walk in the front door and feel the Bahama breeze as you see the gorgeous water right in front of you. The large deck and dock are all yours to enjoy! We used the paddle boards and kayaks provided and snorkeled with stingrays and sea turtles. There was plenty of room for our family of 8 adults on the covered patio overlooking the water, the comfortable living room. The kitchen and dining room had everything you could imagine you might need to prepare a meal or entertain. Our host Gizelle was excellent prior to our stay and during our time in Nassau. Her recommendations for car rental and restaurants were much appreciated. One caution is the entrance into the property, which is a bit tricky coming in and out from the road. It’s definitely not a deal breaker, this property is a real gem! Thank Gizelle, we hope to come back someday!

I spent the Easter weekend at Jacaranda Bay Villa with a group of 8 friends. We had a blast! The villa is exactly as described, or even better. We loved the common areas, the huge living room with sea view window glasses floor to ceiling is what you want to wake up with every day! Gizelle was the perfect host! From the very first moment she’s been available and would go above and beyond for her guests. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and for the hospitality. Hoping to go back soon!

So Relaxing

Great vacation for a group of girlfriends. We had everything we needed at the house to relax and have a great time. We were also able to make a couple of trips to more touristy parts of the island, which confirmed that we had picked the right place to stay. We lounged around in the water and took in the stunning views. Gizelle was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed something or had a question.

Spacious waterfront getaway!

The house was much bigger than what the 4 of us needed, but the pool & water/beach access sold us. Plenty of outdoor seating, kayaks & paddle boards at our disposal and fun swings made for a wonderful stay.

Very nice and property manager immediately attentive to any needs. Only downside to property is traffic noise on Eastern Road which is not fault of owners but something of which possible renters should know. Would not use Sand Dollar Car Rental, recommended by owners, again, they are extremely unresponsive and poorly maintained vehicle. Had a great time and would return.

Amazing house- calm beauty

Gizelle is an amazing resource and helped with many arrangements. Location can’t be beat- in the water and away from the crowds. Beach and pool in one spot. Fully stocked kitchen. This is our second time visiting the house. Would recommend to others, and look forward to visiting again.

The landscaping and ocean overshadow any small inconveniences.

Our kids loved snorkeling and spending time on the kayaks. Lots of turtles, stingray, and fish. We enjoyed the swing too. Absolutely no fishing allowed so just keep your rod and reel at home. A/C is lacking in the family room and kitchen. Its recommended to keep all windows and doors open during the day for a nice sea breeze. However that doesn’t really keep the temperatures from reaching the mid to high 80’s during the day. And the kitchen gets even warmer. The house does have A/C but it’s controlled by The Nest and has an auto shut off feature when doors, windows, and slider are open. It’s an energy saver so we get it. It’s just not very cool in the main sitting area. Something to consider. The bedrooms thankfully have nice wall units to keep you cool while sleeping. The pool is lovely and well kept. Landscaping is amazing. Lots of kayaks, snorkel gear, and paddle boards are provided. Really nice to have that available. Conveniently located close to a grocery store, gas station, and several restaurants. The gate is a little tricky because there’s not much room to pull in and the road the house is on is pretty busy. So just be prepared. Took us a day or two with our rental car to get use to it but we did fine. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect spot to relax

Just got back from a week long stay at this property and enjoyed it. The property owner is extremely responsive and attentive. The back of the property is wonderful and the kayaks and snorkeling equipment was so convenient to access. Would recommend this property to others.

AMAZING!

Pictures don’t even compare. The property is great and it was the perfect place for us. Definitely rent a car if you want to explore the island, but the property is off of a main road, gated, and a great place for easy access driving to and from wherever you want to go. 10/10 recommend.

Wonderful Vacation Villa

Perfect place for a fantastic family vacation! Private dock with abundant marine life viewing and splendid sunrises! Great private location and all the amenities we could ask for. Gizelle was an amazing host, courteous and helpful when we needed her, and respectful of our family time when we needed that. She also had great recommendations for things to do and local secrets. Truly a terrific experience all around!

Everything about this place was amazing. Perfect place for my kids. They had a blast kayaking and snorkeling while we relaxed on the huge deck. The host was very responsive and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Awesome location!

Our family had a wonderful week at this beautiful location. We especially loved the view from the large new oceanfront deck, the end of the dock, and through the use of the kayaks and paddleboards. The house was roomy with a nice oceanfront covered patio with ample seating. Gizelle was very helpful and stayed in contact with us. We enjoyed an excursion to Rose Island to see the pigs, and we had several restaurants recommended. We also had a private chef, Jasmine, cook us an original Bahamian dinner. What a great week! We hope to return in the future.

Spacious with old charm and large outdoor space

Jacaranda Bay Villa was perfect for our family and friend group of 13 for the week we were there. The outdoor space was absolutely wonderful as we had great access to the bay and a pool on the opposite side of the property. If there was one thing, I would suggest it is an update to the kitchen. It had everything we needed but it was not as nice as the rest of the property. The WIFI wasn't powerful enough to support a group of 13 when you do not want to pay roaming charges on your mobile device each day, but we seemed to manage just fine. Gizelle was an excellent host to work with!
