Hummingbird Villa was constructed on two lots, giving it one of the largest plots of land in the gated community, ideal for ensuring your privacy. This elegant 5-bedroom/5.5-bathroom private home is situated in the exclusive gated community of Old Fort Bay, peacefully located on the western outskirts of Nassau. The crystal-clear waters and sandy beaches of some of the island's best beaches, such as Jaws Beach, are within reach, while the international airport is less than 10 minutes away. Also nearby are a variety of dining options, a wine shop, the local grocery store, a spa for relaxation after a day in the sun, and the pristine oceanside Blue Shark Golf Course.

The beautifully decorated kitchen is equipped with a range of features to support a culinary team, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Wolf six-burner & grill with convection oven, a microwave, and an automatic dishwasher. Completing the kitchen are a NINJA Slushie maker for those hot days, a NINJA SPEEDI AIR FRYER, a COLD PRESS JUICE MAKER, a Vospeed 9 IN 1 Stand Mixer, a wine cellar, and a wine rack.

Upstairs, there's a total of 5 bedrooms, 4 guest suites each with its own en-suite, walk-in closet, and private terrace. The master bedroom, also upstairs, features an ensuite bath with a separate shower, a two-sink vanity, and a spacious private terrace for enjoying your morning coffee. All bedrooms are furnished with comfortable mattresses, new pillows, and soft white linens to make you feel at home.

On the ground floor, there is a TV room with a large Samsung smart TV for movie nights, and a spacious living room area with a large LG smart TV. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and includes a cabinet stocked with glassware and dishware. There is also a wine cabinet and a wine fridge that holds 7 bottles of champagne. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fully functional laundry area.

Dine at either of our two beautiful dining areas: the 8-seater indoor wooden dining room table or the 10-seater table on the patio overlooking the pool and lush garden.

To the left of the house is a gazebo overlooking the canal, offering a spectacular view at sunset and a perfect spot for pre-dinner cocktails. To the right of the house is a guest house with a private sitting area shaded by a large ceiling fan, perfect for relaxing.

For activities:
Take a short walk to the tennis court or pickleball court, a playground, and a small pond where you can feed fish and ducks. Feel free to use our paddleboards in the canal for a bit of adventure! Additionally, explore nearby hiking trails that offer stunning views of the landscape. Amazing beach are not too far from the villa, such as the famous Jaws Beach, where one of the movies was filmed, and Clifton Heritage National Park It features the famous underwater sculpture garden with the Ocean Atlas statue, as well as historical plantation ruins from the slave era, a sacred cultural site called the Banana Hole, and opportunities for snorkeling and exploring nature trails and so much more to be seen.
