Welcome to our beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 2,500+ sq foot designer Bahamas Villa, perfect for both families and groups with a beautiful sandy beach just across the street (15 second walk). Our property features a beautiful in-ground pool, outdoor pool bar, sun chairs, bbq, outdoor dining and gazebo, lounging area… it’s the perfect getaway.

A short walk to Goodmans Bay sandy beach with kids playground and a 15 min walk to BahaMar resort, casino, waterpark and 20+ food/drink establishments.

Our property is a step above offering a full kitchen stocked with everything needed for large group dining, small appliances including ice machine, air fryer, drip coffee machine, toaster, panini press and more! Beach & pool towels, beach chairs, JBL boombox and so much more.

The villa is in the perfect area of the island. Very clean and the host was very responsive. I had to contact only twice. Very spacious and perfect for a family.

The house and grounds were spectacular. Communication response time with owner was within 10 mins. So helpful in our stay. Every suggestion from transportation to dining and entertainment was spot on. You cant go wrong staying at this house located directly across from the gorgeous water

Stefanos was a great host. He was flexible with our check in/out times and quick to respond. The villa was clean, well equipped and better looking then the photos in my opinion. The location right off the beach was very convenient and with in 10 mts off Bahamar and nearby restaurants. I would absolutely suggest Stefanos and his Villa for a nice getaway in Nassau

This is an amazing VRBO. Exactly as described and photos but more. Immediately after booking until we walked out the door I couldn’t have asked for more. The home has been recently updated so everything is new but additionally the little things are also there…spices, JBL speaker for the pool, separate ice maker etc. I truly hope to make this house our go to each year for The Bahamas. The Host was THE BEST. Communication was immediate and he was proactive With all we may need. Maybe the best VRBO I have stayed in and I travel a ton. Highly recommend without reservation!!!!

August 26, 2024. We stayed at this property for four days. The home is amazing and pool/backyard is gorgeous. Beach is 100 ft across the street. Jet ski rentals and another amazing beach is just 3 minutes drive away. Host was super friendly and attentive. We were allowed to check in way earlier and check out late. We all loved it, we will be back! Thanks so much Stefanos! 10/10!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning new and modern house in the Bahamas, and I can't rave enough about my experience! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the sleek, contemporary design and the attention to detail in every corner of the house. The interiors were immaculate, featuring top-of-the-line amenities and tasteful decor that created an inviting and luxurious atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the private pool. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun, surrounded by lush landscaping that offered both privacy and a tropical ambiance. The pool area was beautifully maintained and provided a serene retreat where I could unwind and enjoy the tranquility of the island. The location of the house was also ideal, offering easy access to the beach and local attractions while still being tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Overall, this was one of the best vacation experiences I have ever had. The combination of modern luxury, a beautiful pool, and excellent service made for an unforgettable getaway. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect escape in the Bahamas. Five stars all the way!

This property was amazing. Spacious, well maintened, the view and location and most of all the Host! Stefanos was beyond incredible. He accomidated out ever request and needs. My family loved it and were completely in awe of how it looked inside and out. The pool was a hit and the living areas were fantastic. Iwoukd recommend this luxury stay to anyone world wide. You will not be disappointed. Oh and the ocean is a 60 second ealk across the road. Unbelievable property! Thank you Stefanos!

This place is amazing, great location with a 30 second walk to a pristine and quiet beach !!! This was prime for us. The pool is modern and awesome. Lot of fun in the backyard. Incredible design in the house with a lot of attention to detail. You can tell they didn’t cheap out like people do with ikea stuff. This place has very thoughtful touches , my bed was super comfortable and the AC was ice cold. I’ll be back for sure.
