Tangerine Sunsets Alta Vista Suite 2

A large and newly renovated, fully private apartment that sleeps 6 persons. The unit features a cozy private bedroom in addition to the comfortable queen bed and sofa bed that sit in the living room. Prepare delicious meals on the 2-burner stove or BBQ grill and enjoy the swimming pool and tennis court. The suite is annexed to a large estate home with separate entrance, parking and everything inside the apartment is for your exclusive use.

Alta Vista Suite 2 greets you with a cheerful yellow décor sending you happy vibes for your island vacation. There is one private bedroom furnished with a double bed, ceiling fan and AC. The common living room space offers a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa and AC.

After a great day of play, you can relax on the couch and watch your favorite TV shows on our HDTV smart TV. The suite has a lovely small kitchen equipped with the basic essentials such as, 2 burner stove, a fridge, microwave, toaster and of course a coffee maker to enjoy a fresh cup of Joe each morning to start your day in paradise.

A dining table with seating for four is available to enjoy meals as well as a work desk to get some work done on your laptop. Once your work is done, take a dip in the beautiful pool on the property or enjoy a game of tennis on the full size tennis court.

Suite 2 is on a large estate and when you walk the north side of the property you will fall in love with the ocean views, fruit trees in our multilevel garden and courtyard. Chill out with a good book under the shade of one of our tropical fruit trees and just R.E.L.A.X!

You have access to a private parking area and separate entrance to the property. 

Alta Vista Suite 2 is a new addition to our Tangerine Sunsets list of properties and sure to be a favorite for couples, small families or friends traveling together. We look forward to hosting you.



**HOUSE RULES**

Our goal is to provide you with an amazing experience and help you enjoy your stay. Observing Our House Rules helps us to protect you, our neighbors and our home.



- We love feedback. Let us know how we can make your stay better.



- Check-In time (after 3:30 pm) and Checkout time (by 10 am) are firm. Our cleaning agent will arrive promptly at 10am to prepare for our next guest.



- Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted in any of our units.



- Only registered guests are allowed to visit or use our pool and property facilities.



- NO SMOKING inside the unit - Heavy fines for evidence of smoking.



- No pets allowed.



- Park only in your designated spot. You can find details in the Welcome Guide.



- Quiet time after 10 pm - Please be considerate of our neighbors and minimize loud noises.



- Help us conserve energy and turn off ACs and lights when leaving for extended periods.
