"Good location for exploring Broadway. Staff was good. Some bad smells in hallway, especially in the morning. It is downtown Nashville after all. Hotel is well used. Room was clean and no smells in my room."

"I was falsley accused of smoking in my room while there with my 2 daughters and none of us smoke. We used steamers in the room for our dresses and had no idea they could or would cause an issue. I was still charged $350. Unacceptable. Do better Holiday Inn Express!"
