"We booked for the price and airport shuttle but when we arrived we were told our flight was too early and they wouldn’t take us. No ice, no coffee in rooms, and the one vending machine didn’t work. No front office staff when the sun goes down. They people above us sounded like they were jumping up and down on the beds and jumping on the floor so we didn’t get any sleep.
