Downtown Nashville—completely renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 6 guests located on the Cumberland River in downtown Nashville. Within walking distance to the Honky Tonks on Broadway or a short Uber ride to everything downtown! Upon entering the property grounds, you will see the Cumberland River and notice the industrial and vintage vibe of the location.

Clean and comfortable ground floor unit with a private balcony overlooking the river. This condo includes free covered parking directly at your front door, an open floor plan, a fully stocked kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and new granite countertops, two remodeled bathrooms with walk-in showers and granite countertops, free WiFi, free YouTube TV, a community pool with river views, and freshly laundered luxury sheets and towels. Owner Managed.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit features:

Beautiful condo on the river

Celebrating our 40th anniversary and could not have asked for a cleaner peaceful condo. The hosts have thought of everything you could need. The river has a lot to watch. It is a decent walk to broadway but for seniors its a little bit of a challenge, especially in July heat! This was our first time in Nashvile and we had a very good time with lots of different music.

Beautiful and clean condo with a nice view!

We had a great stay at the Condo on the river! The condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable! The beds were comfy and had everything we needed! There is a great view of the river from the living space and balcony. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Riverfront Calm

We enjoyed our stay and had the best of both worlds. We were convenient to all the downtown Nashville things we wanted to do, but also had a wonderful, peaceful spot to have downtime with friends.

Country music lovers

We had made the plans over a year ago. My husband and myself surfed a lot of sites and felt really good when we saw this VRBO. Pictures sold us but when we got there it was even better! The ease of access to Broadway was a straight walk which btw is the way to travel. The parking is covered so you don’t get wet and your car doesn’t get hot. Can’t wait for next year! Another amenity was Metallica was playing and you got to hear that so clearly. The views are spectacular! On the banks of the Cumberland River. They even had a fan that my husband must have to sleep. All I needed to bring was clothes!! Definitely recommend highly!!

First visit to Nashville

This was our first trip to Nashville and we had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for our stay. It was beautiful, comfortable and a great location. We enjoyed setting on the balcony and watching the beavers play. I would definitely book this condo the next time I am in Nashville.

Great Location, Clean and Enjoyed the River View

This is a great location. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Love that it is on the river and the weather was beautiful so we sat out there a lot. Cute little groundhogs became our pets and greeted us each morning. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are connected by a bathroom so my husband and I felt a little like we were on top of our friends in the other bedroom. We closed that door and used the other bedroom but we could still hear one another easily. No fault to the owners but the cowboy boot wearing person above us stomped around at all hours of the night. Construction across the street didn’t allow us to sleep past 7 AM but that should resolve once the building is complete. The fireplace is only for aesthetics and not for use.

Highly recommended!

The condo was accurately described, it was perfect, even better than expected! The place was spotless and everything looked brand new. They spared no expense decorating and taking care of the property. Location was an easy walk to Broadway and other attractions. An Uber ride to the airport was less than 20. There is free covered parking right outside the door. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the wildlife and tugboats on the river. It was a pleasure working with Cindy. We will definitely stay here again.

Family weekend

This was a very clean and cozy condo. The owners think of everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Very well laid out. We enjoyed a weekend of family time and we will be coming back to rent this condo again.

Wonderful

The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and so comfortable. There's construction nearby but it wasn't a problem. Easy 15-20 min walk down 1st Ave to downtown. We loved staying there and hope to come back.

Covered parking, cool view of the river, nice and clean condo. You can definitely walk (20 minutes) or a /-9 uber to Broadway (5 minutes or so). Very clear communication and nice, clean, condo!
