Beautiful modern home!
House is in a quiet neighborhood but very close to Interstate 24, shopping center, movie theater, restaurants and supermarkets.
Located 25 minutes from downtown Nashville, 20 minutes from Nashville airport and 25 from Franklin.
Open kitchen and dining room, spacious living room with 65inch smart 4k TV. Laundry room with Brand New large washer & dryer.
Loft upstairs has a daybed with two single beds, a 55 inch 4K Smart TV, a rocking chair and foosball table.
Outside Covered patio with grill, table and chairs and privacy fence.
The house has three bedrooms upstairs (one with a king bed, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed)
All the bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV. Master bedroom has a private bathroom. Second full bathroom upstairs and half bath downstairs.
Parking on Driveway, No garage access.

Great Place to stay

The house is very comfortable and we felt at home right away. It is close to lots of restaurants and stores. The hosts responded very fast when we had a question! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location to visit Nashville

We stayed for an extended weekend to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. Wonderful house with everything we needed. Check in was easy and communication was great. Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores and other necessities and quick commute to downtown Nashville and malls. We had an excellent time, and would definitely stay here again when we return to Nashville!

Excellent!

We stayed at this home over the Christmas holidays. It was beautiful and everything we needed! Super clean and well stocked. Had a nice big fenced in yard for our pup to run in. Great location south of Nashville and close to lots of stores and things to do. The host was super responsive with anything we needed. Don’t hesitate to stay here! We hope we can return!!

Great Location

This home was in a quiet neighborhood but a quick drive to some great local restaurants. The house had a nice layout and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our dog really enjoyed exploring the fenced back yard. Gabriela was quick to respond to messages and a very gracious host.

Enjoyed our stay

My son and I stayed here while he had a soccer tournament in Murfreesboro. The house was very comfortable and convenient for the tournament and about 25 minutes from the city. The house was very clean and the host was responsive and everything was great.

Lovely Rental

Exactly as listed. Nicely decorated, clean, spacious. Good location-neighborhood. Hostess was responsive. Nothing negative about it! I would recommend a guest book so that area recommendations could be made for restaurants.

Perfect place to stay

This property was absolutely great for our stay! We had everything we needed to be comfortable and the lotion was close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the softball fields we needed to get back and forth to several times a day. Gabriela was a very responsive host and always responded to my questions quickly. If we make another trip next year,I would absolutely book this property again!

Fantastic Property

There were 4 of us. My husband and I, my 17 year old stepson, my 11 year old daughter and our 7 year old yellow lab. We had a 13 1/2 hour drive and were exhausted. The house was just perfect! It was in a nice quiet neighborhood, exactly what we wanted. The large fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and athletic daughter. The house had an enormous amount of space for us to be together as a family, as well as have our own individual spaces. Super clean! Beautifully decorated. The kids loved the loft and the foosball machine. We would recommend to anyone looking to be closely to stores and restaurants, a short distance to Nashville, and a quiet evening. Thank you Gabriela! ❤️

Fantastic place to stay!

This was a great house and had absolutely everything we needed! The kids loved the foosball table and I loved the kitchen! It was conveniently located to everything we needed and just a short drive to downtown Nashville! Loved it!

Simply Wonderful

Sol Y Luna is a wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood in just the right location. Easy drive to Nashville and close to a selection of restaurants and shopping. The home is very clean with plenty of room for family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to anyone looking to visit Nashville, TN. The property manager was quick to respond to all our requests which added to the comfort of our stay.

Sol perfect

It was in a great and safe location, minutes away from grocery stores and gas stations, plenty of space to accommodate ages from 1yr old to adults. It was one of the best stocked homes we’ve rented (extra blankets, towels, sugar, spices, etc). Only 25 minutes to Nashville and wineries. We would recommend this home to others.

Amazing home near Nashville & Franklin

Our group (me, my husband, and three friends) traveled to the Nashville area recently to attend a concert at the Ryman and explore Nashville, Franklin, and Leipers Fork. Sol y Luna served us well as our headquarters! The accommodations were beautiful, clean and comfortable. The house is well appointed and in a nice neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this home away from home to all visiting the area!

Anniversary and Birthday Getaway

Just a quick getaway to celebrate anniversaries and a birthday of friends who have just moved away to Georgia and Fla from Pennsylvania. We had a great time catching up and partying in Nashville for a long weekend. The house is within 5 mins from restaurants and shopping and a quick 25 min drive to Nashville. We will book this again for a girls weekend with my daughters or if we need to get away or get together again.

Great property in perfect location for what we needed. Communication with owner was prompt and all needed info was given. Very quiet neighborhood was just what was needed to unwind after the noise of Broadway and downtown.
