We enjoyed our stay. The place was large and clean and we really liked having a garage. The property manager responded immediately to the ant issue so we appreciated that. It cost about $30 to Uber anywhere so this is a great place to stay with a vehicle and just Uber in the evenings.

The place was pretty nice and in a decent location. Only 4 miles from downtown Nashville so a short Uber ride away from Broadway...very convenient. About a mile away from Publics Grocery was nice too. There are very few decent places within walking distance, but not a big deal for us. The actual accommodations were quite nice and served us well with 3 bedrooms (comfortable beds), 3 bathrooms & laundry equipment. However, there were a few key areas that need improvement. The unit was not clean. The floors were quite dirty such that white socks and bare feet turned black due to the floors not being cleaned properly. There were also a few leftover decorations in random spots from the previous tenants. Just another example of improved turnover service that is needed here. The last major gripe is the kitchen being very poorly stocked. Basic items like utensils & proper pots & pans were in short supply and others were not there at all (cutting boards, mixing bowls etc.). This is a problem for accommodations where people plan to cook some meals rather than eat out every day. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs. Overall we still enjoyed our stay because Nashville is always a great place to visit. Thank you!

Great property vey comfortable and a nice location. It was just as advertised. Really the only issue was cleanliness. Two of the beds had sirty sheets with crumbs and dead bugs. We changed them out with spare clean sheets available. Overall it was a great place to stay during our vacation.

The condo was used for our mothers/sons trip to Nashville. The layout was perfect for our needs and the communication with the management company was excellent! It is also decorated so lovely. I do have to give a so-so overall rating for the location (fast food is walking distance, not a charming neighborhood or attraction s). The overall cleanliness could be improved with a good deep clean (all bathroom tiles/grout) and the kitchen needs a restock of utensils to account basic cooking (no spatulas for eggs, terrible knives, no containers etc). If you’re going any cooking, bring your own basics, including salt/pepper.

Overall a good place to stay! Short uber to Broadway and a few places within walking distance. While we felt safe and didn't have any issues, but just wanted to say there was a break in at a different unit while we were there.

We had a great stay! Super convenient location! The house was perfect for my bachelorette trip! My only recommendation would be a full length mirror in the bedrooms. Having a group of people made it hard to all get ready at the same time! But great stay!

Came with a group of seven to celebrate a bachelorette and overall really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the property manager was great which made checking in and out a breeze. My only complaint would have to be that the house could definitely use some touch ups and a good deep cleaning. Before our stay I was reminded multiple times that there was no tape, command strips or other items to adhere things to surfaces allowed along with confetti and some other decorative items but upon entering the house we could immediately see some remnants of confetti left from prior guests as well as over the course of the weekend we found old tape and command strips left from previous decorations in multiple spots throughout the house. On top of this the walls in the house were definitely scuffed up and some of the curtains had stains on them. We could tell that this property is well loved by groups coming to celebrate like us and could get past the wear and tear of the house and overall enjoyed the property. For bigger groups looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in Nashville I would definitely recommend this one.

The property was extremely clean and well appointed. The stairs may be too much for older adults or young kids. The lower room was a bit warm at night while the upper unit seemed really cold for those staying in it. Having said that, we would definitely stay again.....it was very quick to the downtown (less than 10 minutes on both Friday and Saturday night).

We had plenty of space for all of our guests to stay. Beautifully decorated and comfortable to sleep, shower, and socialize. I would highly recommend to anyone I know traveling for any occasion. Parking in the garage was easy and the keyless entry was very convenient. We were able to walk to dinner and in a short drive we were downtown.

The spot was perfect to an extent. If you’re looking to decorate stay away because this vrbo doesn’t allow it at all. I didn’t think it was fair to charge a $100 fee to check in early (however that’s a personal opinion). The location was great wasn’t too far from broadway area. I did have to take multiple videos/pictures of the wall because it did have marks everywhere. All the beds were comfortable and was a great layout for 7 people. Would stay again if I wasn’t looking to decorate for any type of celebration!

A census of our group decided on two stars. Location was close to many things by car ride. There was something really gross on master bedroom curtains. King bed in master bedroom sheets are horrible the bottom sheet comes off all night with no mattress pad it’s disgusting. I should have reported this to the management company but was busy trying to enjoy my vacation after already notifying him about the curtains and dust rag left in the bathroom. They were working on the building during our stay and started around 7 am along with the loud music daily coming from one of the condos it was very annoying. The TVs in the bedrooms had problems streaming. Not enough bandwidth and were not usable. The part about walking distance to restaurants is true if you like fast food. About five fast food restaurants close by. We never found anything but one great walk up restaurant with no inside tables at all. It is not in a great neighborhood I would not feel safe walking without my husband and you really do need a car or lots of Ubers. Although the bus stop is very close. I would pay more money to stay in a nicer location. This is not a place I’ll go back to. It’s definitely in East Nashville but is not Hip. This place was bachelorette party central over the weekend. Side note: It was decorated very nice. The manager was quick to respond to everything I needed.

Furnishing we’re super cute and did have a great vibe. Unfortunately cleanliness is a issue. Floors were sticky, wrote my name in end table dust, and wore flip flops in the master shower (definitely mildew). Also the units are so close together that you have to keep the curtains closed. We had fun regardless.

This place was amazing for 8 adults... lots of room in the main area... and two ensuites on the upper floor with the third bedroom being downstairs gave a lot of privacy when needed... kitchen had a gas stove and large fridge for all your food and beverages... garage fit a Ford Expedition... Amazing place would use again
