Close enough to downtown to feel the pulse, yet tucked away on a peaceful residential street. Enjoy Frankie Pierce Park, less than half a mile away, featuring a fun playground and dog park. Within a mile, you'll find an array of dining and bar options, including local favorites like Geist for brunch, Mother Ruin for cocktails, and Central BBQ.
