★Layout★

This gorgeous brand new build is complete with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. The second floor has a living area with a pull out sofa, kitchen, a full bathroom and washer and dryer. There is also a dedicated workspace perfect for all of your needs. The third floor has two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed, and both have en suite bathrooms.

Parking is available in the garage or in front of the unit. 



★The Neighborhood★

The location is literally a dream, as it's walkable to the incredible 'One City', a walkable neighborhood with restaurants, shopping, public parks, plazas, courtyards and gathering areas. Additionally, you'll also be one mile from West End, a major hub in the city of Nashville for dining, drinks, shopping and more. 



★House Rules★

During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.



Guest Access:

Guests will have 100% access to this home.



The Neighborhood:

Walkable to amazing eats at One City and around 1 mile to restaurants and shops of West End and Centennial Park.



Getting Around:

No need for a rental car in this location as you can easily Uber/Lyft to most anywhere. You`re less than a mile from West End and only a 3 minute ride from downtown!

★Security Disclaimer★

For your safety and the security of our properties, most of our rentals have a ring doorbell camera or an external camera located on the exterior of the home. No indoor cameras are present - your privacy is fully respected.



★Damage Waiver★

You are renting a private home.  Please treat the property with the respect you would like shown to your own home.  We get that accidents happen – some more sober than others – and we want you to be aware of your Damage Waiver coverage should something get a little wild during your stay.  In an attempt to make this easier for you, the Damage Waiver fee is included in your cleaning fee.  Here’s how it works: by booking with Stay Local Nashville, Inc., you understand and accept that your booking fees include a Damage Waiver.  It is the Guests’ responsibility (that’s you!) to report damage that is caused to the Property during your stay.  The vacation rental Damage Waiver is not insurance, but instead an agreement by Stay Local Nashville, Inc., to replace or repair unintentional damages up to $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars) in total to the rental unit’s interior.  Damages that qualify for this agreement must occur during a Guest’s reservation, be disclosed to management prior to check out, and the Damage Waiver must have been paid in full prior to arrival (don’t worry, it’s wrapped into the cleaning fee!).  Any damages that either exceed $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars), are not disclosed prior to check out, or are deemed intentional, will be charged to the credit card on file, through the Airbnb resolution center. The Damage Waiver does not include theft or intentional or negligent damage and will not be covered by this fee and the Guest will be liable for all costs associated with intentional or negligent damage.  The Guest is liable for any and all costs and fees associated with the vacation rental, including reasonable collection costs and attorney’s fees that are in any way associated with the Guest’s and/or the Guest’s invitee’s breach of this agreement, including but not limited to, money owned under this agreement for damage to the premises, fees, and/or fines.

It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA. This refund policy does not apply to reservations booked by HMVB guests.

The location is awesome. Our unit was an end unit and was very noise. Had fwy traffic, other unit loud and 2 street light right at our master bedroom. They dont have good window coverings in any of the bedrooms, so its light all the time. Beds where nice and comfortable. The refrigerator water was moldy. Filters need to be changed. The soap and shampoo where the same product.(bring your own) Need to have better quality toilet paper and paper towels. We used alot since it was not good. Overall, we probably wont stay in this unit again, but overall not bad!

Amazing Stay!!

We had an excellent time staying at this property! It was exactly as advertised. Perfectly furnished and had everything you could need. There was an alarm system that provided extra security and peace of mind if that’s anything you worry about while staying at a rental property. There were no issues with safety or security. It is a three story unit so if you struggle with stairs than that might be an issue. There is a bedroom on the first floor right next to the front door, and the door to the garage is located on this level. The second main floor had a bathroom, kitchen, couch (w/ pullout mattress) and small dining table. The third floor had two bedrooms each with attached bathrooms. Uber rides to downtown we’re about 10-15 minutes, and wait times varied between 5-10 minutes. Check in and out was super easy, and the property management company is very communicative and fast with their responses. I would definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again!!
